Here's the kicker: Ferguson was an outspoken advocate of New York's SAFE Act, which elevates possession of a weapon on school grounds from a misdemeanor to a felony. He claims it was a simple mistake, but regardless, you reap what you sow. We hate to think of what he's teaching his students when he can't even follow a bogus, unconstitutional law he helped put into place -- a law that now makes him a felon.
