Majority Reject Gun Control
Rasmussen poll shows 53% reject infringement.
On the heels of Gallup’s recently released survey revealing that “[s]upport for making gun laws stricter fell to 31% from 38%” despite the exploitation of the Sandy Hook massacre, comes yet another poll reflecting even stronger support for gun rights. “[J]ust 40% of likely U.S. Voters now think the United States needs stricter gun control laws, down nine points from last May and the lowest level of support for stricter laws since February 2012,” reports Rasmussen. Additionally, “Fifty-three percent (53%) do not think the country needs tougher gun control laws, the highest level of opposition in over two years.” Not that the Second Amendment needs poll-testing…
