You couldn’t ask for a more fitting and ironic farewell. Kathleen Sebelius delivered her prepared resignation speech at the White House today -- well part of it, anyway. A glitch crashed her presentation midway through, which clearly wasn’t ready for launch. “Unfortunately, a page is missing,” she admitted after a brief shutdown. She did finally manage to piece together her final remarks before handing the reins over to Sylvia Mathews Burwell.
