Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, former chief of staff at the White House, proudly announced that a new Chicago school will be named "Barack Obama College Preparatory High School." The selective-enrollment high school -- Chicago's eleventh -- should be ready for the 2017-18 academic year. About the only thing we can say is that, by the time it opens, BOCPHS will be named for a former president.
