Climate alarmists have added technology to the growing list of global warming victims. A new report by the United Nations' International Telecommunication Union warns of "the effects of climate change on the ICT [information and communications technology] sector" and is offering ways to "respond and adjust to the impacts of short- and long-term climatic manifestations." This, of course, will require "new standards to be developed." That's alternate lingo for additional regulations.
