Fast and Furious Justice
Still, the U.S. goes after the small-time criminal.
BREAKING: It looks like Attorney General Eric Holder was arrested for Operation Fast and Furious, the botched sting that left Border Patrol agents dead. According to a CBS headline, a “Man accused in border agent killing extradited to US.” Wait a sec… Holder wasn’t arrested? The man extradited to the states was involved with the group that killed Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. According to CBS, Robert Heyer, Terry’s cousin who speaks for his family, said, “It was a very long process and were just very thankful that Mexican authorities have continued to work with us. The family has gotten really good at not having high expectations and knowing that things are going to take lots of time. They have become very patient over the last three-and-a-half years. So we don’t celebrate many things.” Operation Fast and Furious was designed to target the big-time criminals, and after it botched, only the low-level criminals receive justice.
