More evidence that Barack Obama wants to use Ebola and his response to it as a distraction from his policy failures at home and abroad. Tuesday, he spoke to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia, saying, "And that's why, two months ago, I directed my team to make this a national security priority [emphasis added].
