JUDICIAL BENCHMARKS: “The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled for the Trump administration Friday in a case concerning the withholding of federal funds for local policing from so-called sanctuary cities. Government & Politics

BIDENCARE: “Former Vice President Joe Biden has released a plan his campaign said would make the Affordable Care Act easier to navigate with more choices for Americans. DON’T SWAP SPIT WITH JACKASSES: “After triggering backlash over tweets urging progressive congresswomen to go back to their ‘broken and crime infested’ home countries, President Trump appeared unbowed Sunday night, suggesting it was ‘so sad’ to see Democrats sticking up for the lawmakers.”(Fox News)
