Trump-Pence Make Final Push to Keep America Great
The president is crisscrossing the country to hold rallies and it’s attracting a myriad of supporters.
With Election Day 2020 just one week away, President Donald Trump, Vice President Mike Pence, and Trump’s family members are crisscrossing the country holding campaign rally after campaign rally in an effort to secure four more years of American greatness. And in rally after rally, it’s patently evident that voter enthusiasm for Trump is extremely high, demonstrated by the fact that thousands are showing up each time to express their support for the president despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Even in the locked-down state of Minnesota, 650 people in Hibbing attended a Pence rally on Monday, despite the state’s COVID guidelines limiting gatherings to 250. When alerted to the violation, the Trump campaign wryly called the event a “peaceful protest,” an obvious reference to the Left’s hypocritical practice of dismissing crowd concerns when involving leftist protests.
But it’s not just the huge numbers of people showing up for the Trump campaign’s scheduled rallies that back up the claims of high enthusiasm; it’s the grassroots-originated events wholly independent of the Trump campaign. Take, for example, last Saturday’s “Interstate 70 Trump Train” in Washington, Pennsylvania, that attracted upwards of 5,000 folks in more than 2,000 vehicles, all expressing their support for Trump. MSM coverage was conspicuously absent, as it has been with countless other pro-Trump grassroots rallies across the nation.
Furthermore, contrary to the Leftmedia narrative, these Trump rallies are anything but doom-and-gloom, white-nationalist, fearmongering events. Rather, they are an upbeat party packed with everyday Americans of all races coming together to support and celebrate the fact that Trump is their guy. Unlike Washington elitists who turn their noses up at the “poorly educated,” backwards, bigoted, gun-toting, Bible-thumping “deplorables,” Trump celebrates them as fellow Americans. He’s there for them and loves them, and they know it.
Meanwhile, Joe Biden’s campaign has had conspicuously fewer events and rallies. While the mainstream media’s chattering class continuously references Biden’s “comfortable lead” in the polls coupled with concerns over coronavirus numbers as the likely reasons for his sleepy campaign schedule, there’s the glaring reality that his events simply don’t attract the crowds — and when they do, there are sometimes fewer Biden backers than what Biden called Trump’s “chumps.” In fact, if it wasn’t for the media endlessly regurgitating the polls, would anyone actually believe Trump was losing?
