Re: “Canceling CRT

“It is pretty obvious that the Democrats believe an educated and informed person of color is most likely to vote Republican, so they are now doing everything within their power to make their substandard behavior acceptable. It pretty much comes down to ‘If our standards are not up to yours, then lower your standards,’ which — in the case of Democrats — will be a lifetime of dependency on them through handouts and acceptance of their often illegal and immoral behavior.” —Colorado

Re: “George Floyd: One Year Later

“Mr. Floyd is no martyr. He was a career criminal. Did he deserve to be killed? No, not at all. But if he hadn’t been arrested because of whatever he did to get attention, he would still be living today. Was Derek Chauvin guilty? Absolutely. He will now be serving the rest of his life in prison. But we need to get past this lunacy that Mr. Floyd was just some poor bystander who was murdered by a cop. The cop was wrong. Mr. Floyd was wrong.” —Oregon

“Outstanding article here. And the statistics speak for themselves. In my opinion, the more leftists push BLM and Critical Race Theory down our throats, the more division they are creating. Things are boiling in this country as it is. Keep it up and it is going to explode.” —Texas

Re: “Psaki: Crime Surge a ‘Gun Problem’?

“Recently in central Illinois, a veteran police officer and his backup officer were gunned down while responding to a domestic call at around 3:00 a.m. in the morning. The first officer was killed and the backup officer severely wounded from three bullet wounds. The shooter, who was also killed, was a convicted felon with multiple criminal incidents on his record. Convicted felons are forbidden from possessing a firearm, and firearms by Illinois state law also require a Firearm Owner’s Identification (FOID) card. How many other laws would have prevented this shooter from doing what he did? What magic formula do the Democrats have for changing endemic problems? I’ll wait.” —Illinois

Re: “Team Biden’s Mask Mania

“The difference approaches can be defined as the difference between leaders and managers. Leaders inspire by vision and people freely follow. Managers rule by authority and people comply. Some people prefer to follow. These enjoy the freedom of decision. They also assume the responsibility of their decisions. Some people prefer to comply. These enjoy the comfort of no personal accountability and can blame their managers for the consequences of decisions. The difference is between those who want to be managed versus those who want to be led.” —Missouri

Re: “The Deceit and Suppression of ‘Fact-Checking’

“I had the same thing happen when posting an article on Facebook by a NASA scientist claiming the sun had entered a Grand Solar Minimum that would last between 30 and 50 years. Facebook fact-checkers countered with a piece from three NOAA scientists, whose grants were supportive of man-made global warming, stating the NASA scientist was wrong. After several months, NOAA finally had to cave admitting that, yes, the sun had entered a GSM. Not surprisingly, the Facebook fact-checkers were nowhere to be found.” —Washington
