Israel had driven most of its enemies out of the Promised Land. Now the Israelites were getting settled into their new homes. Joshua, who had led them into the land, was seeing signs the nation was slacking off in its obedience to God. So he challenged them.

“If it is disagreeable in your sight to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves today whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served which were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living, but for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” —Joshua 24:15

America’s prosperity was based on following the covenant established by our Puritan founders. We covenanted to be His people. When Americans follow the Lord, like ancient Israel, God blesses this nation. When we break the covenant, His favor and protection are lifted.

Tomorrow we choose whom we will serve — the liberal gods of socialism/Marxism or the God of heaven and earth.

On October 30, 2008, candidate Barack Obama said, “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.” Many of us liked our country the way it was. Yes, we’re flawed people, but always striving to do and be better. Thus began the deliberate destruction of the principles established by our Founding Fathers that guided us for two centuries.

The disrespect for law enforcement has grown to the point of targeting policemen and deliberately dumping career criminals onto our streets to continue in their criminal activities. Anyone who questioned Obama back then was labeled a racist. Anyone noticing a trend here?

Then began the deliberate destruction of everything that held our nation together. The moral foundations were targeted. Homosexual marriage became law. Unrestricted abortion was demanded. The radical LGBTQ+ movement demands to be able to sexualize our children and mutilate them to become the opposite of their birth sex.

What Barack Obama started the Biden administration has continued on steroids! Unconstitutional executive orders to bypass Congress are a common occurrence. Biden destroyed energy independence. He opened our southern border to allow nearly five million illegal immigrants to enter our country. Now cartels are making billions in human/sex trafficking and drug smuggling. Known terrorists are coming in.

Rather than creating a plan to help the country with our growing problems — inflation, crime, failing schools — the Left is going after average citizens like you and me. Big Tech silences any voices that are not government approved, slandering anyone who stands against it. Democrats are even telling us crime is in our imaginations. Those doing the most damage won’t even debate the issues. They just slander their opponents. Pennsylvania Senate candidate John Fetterman is nearly as cognitively challenged as Joe Biden. Our nation grows weaker and weaker. Our justice system is broken.

But HOPE is not gone. I challenge you to forget the poll numbers the leftist media is spewing, hoping you will be discouraged (again) and stay home. It’s a lie! Show up tomorrow, cast your ballot, and make their worst nightmare of a red wave a reality. Then we can begin to rebuild!
