They’re baaaack.

Antifa goons took to the streets of Atlanta in recent days to riot and burn some stuff. Maybe they were just making fires to keep warm since Joe Biden is waging war on natural gas.

It all started months ago, when a bunch of far-left malcontents, many from states other than Georgia, set up what they insisted was an autonomous zone to protect a forested area with historic ties to Native Americans from the construction of a new training center for police. Clearly, however, these folks don’t want better trained cops; they want fewer or no cops.

In addition to making a virtual dump out of the place, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation says their “criminal activities include carjacking, various crimes against persons, destruction of property, arson, and attacks against public safety officials.” Protesters threw rocks and bottles at police cars on multiple occasions last year when law enforcement arrived to remove barricades or restore order.

Last Wednesday, that escalated when a Georgia state trooper was critically wounded in a brief shootout with an armed “protester” who opened fire before other officers shot back and killed him. By the way, the dead man claimed to be nonbinary and used “they/it” pronouns. Other thugs responded to the “murder” of the assailant by calling for riots, a “night of rage,” and “reciprocal violence” against “police and their allies.”

Yet they also claim to be only “peaceful protesters,” even after the shooting and then destroying property and setting fire to a police cruiser Saturday night.

Obviously, they’re not peaceful, even if a local Atlanta reporter did repeat the mindless CNN line from 2020 about a “largely peaceful protest” while standing a hundred feet from the burning police car.

The thugs are also linked to antifa, the largely white Marxist thugs who dress in all black and terrorize American cities from Portland to Atlanta. Moreover, they’re linked to a group called Open Society Foundations, which is funded and chaired by none other than socialist billionaire George Soros.

Soros has, of course, also funded numerous district attorneys around the U.S., whom he essentially pays to not do their job of prosecuting criminals. The best we can tell, Fulton County DA Fani Willis doesn’t appear on the Soros roster, but she’s ideological kin who’s been on an Ahab-like quest against Donald Trump in recent years.

Nevertheless, Soros has quite the operation of paying thugs to commit crime and then paying prosecutors to let them out of jail. It’s a deadly game that is anti-cop, anti-American, and anti-Liberty.
