The carnage on America's big city streets this weekend was shocking. In Chicago, at least 101 people were shot. Fourteen people, including five children, were killed. The latest Rasmussen survey found that 59% of likely voters said the phrase "All lives matter" was closest to their own view. Just 30% said the phrase "Black lives matter" was closest to their view.
