Do you remember the shocking photo of classified documents scattered all over the floor of Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home? Of course, you do. It was supposed to shock you.
 
There were colored cover sheets indicating the level of classification of the documents, with many labeled “Top Secret.” The media went nuts over how recklessly Trump had mishandled classified information.
 
Well, there’s just been another disturbing revelation about those documents.
 
Initially, Special Counsel Jack Smith told the court that the colored cover sheets were found during the raid. But, according to investigative journalist Julie Kelly, Smith later said that FBI agents brought the cover sheets with them, “only to use as ‘placeholders,’ indicating where a classified record was found.”
 
Well, the picture implies that the FBI found the documents all over the floor.
 
Now, Smith just admitted in new court filings that FBI agents photographed the documents for evidence “next to the box in which they were found.” And, by the way, the FBI turned off all the security cameras during the raid.
 
So, let’s summarize: 

• Smith misled the court about the origin of the cover sheets as well as their use.
• Trump wasn’t the one who scattered classified documents all over the floor.
• The FBI did that.
• Then it leaked the photo, which is evidence in a federal trial, as propaganda to smear Trump. 

Joe Biden is accusing Donald Trump of wanting to be a dictator. But this is how dictators and totalitarian regimes operate!
 
My friends, we are dangerously close to losing our constitutional Republic. (See next item.) It is no exaggeration to say that this is the most important election of our lifetime.
 
This November may be our last chance to rein in the Deep State, stop the neo-Marxist left, and make America great again.
 
 
 
Compromised Intelligence
 
As I outlined yesterday, we know the FBI interfered in the 2016 election to damage Donald Trump by running wild with the Russia collusion hoax, a campaign dirty trick concocted by Hillary Clinton and aided by Obama’s CIA.
 
We know the FBI interfered in the 2020 election by pressuring social media companies to censor the truth about Hunter Biden’s laptop, even though the FBI knew it was not Russian “disinformation.”
 
We know then-Biden campaign aide Antony Blinken (now secretary of state) recruited former CIA Acting Director Michael Morell to write the letter signed by dozens of intelligence experts discrediting the Hunter Biden laptop story as a Russian disinformation operation.
 
Joe Biden used Morell’s letter to dismiss concerns about the laptop when Trump brought it up in the 2020 presidential debate. The media used Morell’s letter to shut down any discussion about the laptop.
 
Now the House Judiciary Committee has released a shocking report detailing just how deeply involved the CIA was in the laptop coverup. It turns out that Michael Morell and other signers of that letter were on the CIA’s payroll as contractors when he wrote it.
 
Not only that, the CIA’s top leadership knew about the letter, and they fast-tracked its approval in advance so Biden could have his “talking point” in time for the debate.
 
Just so we’re clear, the Biden campaign colluded with CIA contractors to censor the truth in order to mislead American voters and hand the White House to the corrupt Biden crime family.
 
The CIA signed off on yet another political dirty trick to undermine Donald Trump and help the Democrats.
 
The CIA is supposed to destabilize and undermine our foreign enemies. But now we have further proof that our intelligence community is so compromised by left-wing activists that they ran disinformation campaigns against the American people in the last two elections to destabilize and undermine our country.
 
This makes Watergate look like child’s play. That’s the real threat to democracy!
 
 
 
A Disappointing Decision
 
One of the ongoing frustrations for constitutional conservatives is this: leftist justices on the Supreme Court will do whatever they have to do to come up with their desired result in a case. They are bound by nothing. They won’t even look at the Constitution.
 
Constitutionalist justices will look at the Constitution, but sometimes they come to different conclusions about what the Constitution requires. Yesterday was one of those times.
 
The Supreme Court ruled 6-to-3 to essentially dismiss the case against the Biden administration’s efforts to pressure social media companies into censoring content. It is one of the biggest disappointments from a court where we allegedly have a 6-to-3 majority.
 
In his dissenting opinion, joined by Justices Gorsuch and Thomas, Justice Samuel Alito blasted the majority decision for failing to protect the First Amendment in “one of the most important free speech cases to reach this Court in years.”
 
Alito warned that the majority’s decision “permits the successful campaign of coercion in this case to stand as an attractive model for future officials who want to control what the people say, hear, and think.”
 
As I just outlined above, Alito is absolutely right. We are being subjected to incessant government censorship to control what we hear and say, while the government itself is a leading source of disinformation to control what we think.
 
I am pleased to report that my good friend Justice Clarence Thomas stood with Alito. It’s no surprise that the two justices the left is most desperate to silence voted against the government’s ability to silence us. Kudos to Justice Neil Gorsuch for also recognizing the core issue at stake.
 
I am deeply disappointed in Justices Barrett, Kavanaugh, and Roberts, who joined the court’s three left-wing justices in this terrible opinion.
 
Yes, we have won some big victories thanks to these justices, but yesterday’s ruling is not a minor loss.
 
 
 
2024 Update
 
The chairwoman of the Biden reelection campaign suggested Tuesday that they are giving up on Florida. She did, however, say that the Biden campaign will try to flip North Carolina.
 
Hundreds of thousands of people, including many from blue states, have moved to North Carolina in recent years. Donald Trump won the state by just 1.3%. If Biden carries North Carolina, the path to victory for Donald Trump becomes very difficult.
 
Trump must hold North Carolina. He must flip Arizona and Georgia. And then it comes down to Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wisconsin. If Trump wins just one of those states, the Biden nightmare is over.
 
The biggest news to come out of Tuesday’s primary results was the stunning defeat of Squad member Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY). The anti-Semitic, fire alarm-pulling congressman lost his primary 42% to 58% to Westchester County Executive George Latimer. Pro-Israel organizations spent at least $15 million to defeat Bowman.
 
Polling shows that another Squad member, Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO), is also in trouble. Bush came to the public’s attention as one of the main protest leaders during the 2014 Ferguson riots, which were based on the completely false narrative of “Hands up, Don’t shoot.”
 
The Ferguson riots were also notable for their anti-Israel demonstrations. What does Israel have to do with Ferguson? Nothing. But it’s more evidence of how the left wing of the left-wing party is motivated by raw anti-Semitism.
 
In other election news, Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) will likely be returning to Congress next year. She won the GOP primary Tuesday for the bright red seat vacated by RINO Ken Buck.
