Greetings everyone, I think it is quite the time to take on this topic. I find it comical that the progressive socialist leftists, aka the Democrat party, and their judicial activists minions are quite confused about presidential powers. Article II of the US Constitution is quite specific about the powers that are vested in the President as the Chief Executive and as Commander in Chief. This recent blatant hypocrisy about the War Powers Act by these deranged leftists is just another in the long line of delusional hypocrisies. I mean, honestly, do you want me to play Tim Russert, the last real Meet the Press host, and ask to roll tape #9? Where were these leftists when Barack Obama was outsourcing our US military assets to Islamic jihadists in Libya? There was no authorization for the use of military force, no congressional declaration of war, and certainly Muammar Gaddafi posed no emergency or threat to the American people or our interests. Once upon a time, when he did, after the Berlin disco bombing, Ronald Reagan simply bombed him, and that ended his threat.

Now, let us fast forward to the bombing of Iran, which some seem to believe is an impeachable offense. First of all, if you want to talk about an impeachable offense, how about Barack Obama and Joe Biden enabling Iran with billions of dollars… yeah, the number one sponsor of Islamic terrorism in the world? In Obama’s case, there was an unmarked plane that flew in the middle of the night with pallets of cash. And please do not insult my intelligence by saying that the mad mullahs were owed this cash. The arms deal the United States had was with the Shah of Iran and his regime, and had nothing to do with the post-1979 Iranian Islamic revolution. And there was Biden, who unleashed tens of billions of dollars to Iran…all this after Trump in his first administration had truly bankrupted the Iranian regime.

Or how about the impeachable offense of violating our Constitution and undermining our national sovereignty by way of an open borders agenda? Now we have come to find out that under Joe “Autopen” Biden and Kamala Harris, countless Iranian special interest aliens were released into our Country after entering illegally. I would tend to believe that these were all single military-aged males. This is on top of the millions of “got aways” who are now hiding in our Country. And the Marxists wish that they stay here and are in our streets in full insurrection against enforcing our law to deport criminal illegal immigrants and members of terrorist organizations.

Iran has been an enduring threat to the United States since 1979, when I was a freshman at the University of Tennessee. The month that I entered active duty, October 1983, Iran’s proxy Army Hezbollah, killed 234 US Marines, Sailors, and Soldiers in the Beirut barracks bombing. Over the past 46 years, a thousand or more of our Men and Women in uniform have been killed and maimed because of Iran. So, you have to ask, who in their right mind would think it a swell idea that the number one sponsor of Islamic terrorism, who consistently shouts “Death to America,” should be allowed to possess a nuclear weapon capability, a capacity that they would certainly use?

Was there authorization to use military force? Nope. Was there a declaration of war by Congress? Nope. Was there an emergency and a threat to the United States of America? Yes! So, this whole folly about unconstitutional action and violation of the War Powers Act is, well, political theater. I guess the leftists are still sulking about Trump smoking Iranian Quds Force commander Soleimani…they did try to portray him as some dashingly handsome cheeky fellow.

See, the leftist definition of presidential powers has nothing to do with the US Constitution. It has everything to do with their ideological agenda. They want open borders, so closing the border and deporting criminal illegal immigrants is an affront to them. Leftists enjoy a simpatico relationship with Islamic jihadists, so killing them angers those who are part of the unholy Red-Green alliance…just look at who is supporting Hamas on our streets. These dangerous leftists in America would actually vote for an Islamic jihadist socialist to be the Mayor of New York City, if you wanted evidence of said alliance.

Leftists want presidential power that advances their unconstitutional vision for America, and yes, Trump Derangement Syndrome also plays a part in this. However, we must come to understand that going forward, the progressive socialist leftists will seek to obstruct, impede, and hinder any elected president who is not theirs! And that begs the question, what shall we do?

We must do just as we must do with Islamic jihadists: no compromise, no appeasement, no acquiescence, and no submission. Let the Constitution, our rule of law, be our guide, and at every turn defend it with honor, integrity, and character. I find it abjectly appalling that the ACLU is filing lawsuits against Sheriff’s law enforcement officers and agencies, who are working with ICE to hand over criminal illegal immigrants, which is why we, the ACRU, began our Defenders Initiative. Consider the State of Colorado and its refusal to reverse a law in that state telling law enforcement that they CANNOT work with ICE…in other words, elected officials telling law enforcement that they cannot enforce the law.

The leftist definition of presidential powers is all about destroying our Constitutional Republic. I hear that we are going to have “No Kings 2.0” protests all across the Country on our 249th Independence Day. How funny, Joe Biden mandated the wearing of masks, what we could eat, cars we could drive, dishwashers and stoves we could have, shower heads and toilet water we could flush, used private sector entities to censor free speech, biological males in female bathrooms and sports, and told us our children are not ours…but that is not tyranny according to leftists?

But if you seek to follow the Constitution, you’re a dictator, tyrant, and evil. Nope, you cannot reason why that level of stuck on stupid.
