Of course, many of you may recognize that time-honored southern euphemism that is the title of this missive. Recently, we saw “Mister I am searching for relevance,” Don Lemon doing his man on the street interview thing. Unfortunately, this has proven to be more of an embarrassment for Lemon, as in Lemonade, than anything else. His last episode, of note, has him in an exchange with a legal immigrant to America, who took Lemon back behind the woodshed.

Facts Over Emotion

It should have been obvious to ol’ Donny boy that this woman was far more versed on the issue of illegal immigration than he. Sadly, when it comes to facts, Marxist leftists just blindly go stumbling about with their irrational emotionalism. This is what makes debating them so very easy–actually, too easy. But it was when Lemon responded to this woman’s factual statement that it is a crime to enter the country illegally (operative word, illegally) that it all went south for Lemon. Lemon, the same as another stuck-on-stupid leftist, who happens to be a Member of Congress, Jasmine “Jazzy J” Crockett, asserted that it is not a crime to enter America illegally.

Well, Donny and Jazzy J, let me introduce you both to Title 18 U.S.C. 1325. That means this is a law that states that illegal entry into the United States is a federal offense. This statute specifically affirms the criminalization of unauthorized entry into the United States. As well, in the Constitution of the United States, our rule of law, in Article IV, Section 4, which is known as the “Guarantee Clause,” it enumerates to the federal government a responsibility to “guarantee protection to each State from invasion.”

The Law and Natural Rights

I do not know how this could be clearer. Now, our delusional and quite deranged fellow Americans of a leftist mentality carry around pre-made signs that “No Human is Illegal.” I absolutely agree. In our Declaration of Independence, it firmly states, “We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men (that means mankind, which includes women, gotta ‘splain that to leftists, only two genders y'all) are created equal.” So men, and women, are created equal, and they all have unalienable rights endowed to them by the Creator (Judeo-Christian faith heritage), God, life, liberty, and property (I kind of like John Locke’s original Natural Rights theory), but ok, the pursuit of happiness.

Now, the law, meaning stuff like Title 18 U.S.C. 1325, is established by the government, based upon the consent of the governed, to protect our collective life, liberty, and property. So, no human is illegal, but humans do illegal things. We call that breaking the law.

That is why we have law enforcement officers to prevent humans from doing illegal things and holding them accountable and responsible when they do. So, why do people like Don Lemon and Jasmine Crockett, along with troubling nutcases like JB Pritzker, Brandon Johnson, Zohran Mamdani, Gavin Newsom, and the whole entire clown show of Marxist leftists not comprehend this simple constitutional and lawful discussion, facts?

Defense of Lawlessness?

Why has the left maintained a desire to support and defend those who have broken the law and seek to harbor them? In actuality, harboring someone who has committed a criminal act makes you an accomplice to the crime. Are we now to believe that these Democrat, socialist, Marxist elected officials are, shall I say it, “Above the Law?” Are we actually living in a time when attacking federal law enforcement agents and endangering their families is acceptable behavior? After all, they are doing what we, the American taxpayers, are paying them to do: enforce the law. Is it that the leftist mob cares little about enforcing the law when it runs contrary to their disturbingly lawless ideological agenda? Remember, if Kamala Harris had won the election, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency would have been defunded and dissolved. So, who would ensure those who violated 18 U.S.C. 1325 would be held accountable?

I agree with President Trump and his federalization of the National Guard on the issue of illegal immigration. The National Guard, and even our active duty, could be used along our border, and here in Texas, we share 1,254 miles with Mexico. We are fighting against a non-state, non-uniformed, belligerent, and insurgent group called the transnational narco-criminal terrorists. I also concur with the President in deploying our National Guard domestically into so-called “sanctuary cities.” That is truly oxymoronic, emphasis on moron. Their mission has to be very specific so as not to violate Posse Comitatus, and that should be to provide additional security and protection of federal law enforcement facilities. That is Constitutional and within his Executive Power.

Intentional and Purposeful Ignorance

Don Lemon’s response to the young woman on the streets is quite disconcerting, along with the inciting rhetoric of leftist elected officials. It evidences an acute ignorance of the law, and sadly, it is intentional and purposeful. What Joe Biden and Kamala Harris did for four years in undermining the rule of law and violating our laws is unforgivable and unconscionable. The same Democrat, Marxist leftists, judges included, now complaining about deporting illegal immigrants, those with further criminal actions or not, said nothing during the Biden “autopen” administration.

As the Executive Director of the American Constitutional Rights Union, and an American Soldier who took an oath to the Constitution, I will not sit idly by and accept the lawlessness of the progressive, socialist, Marxist left. Will you? We can send a message in the gubernatorial elections in New Jersey and Virginia. Unfortunately, New York City has fallen under the spell of another in the long line of charismatic Marxists, and this one is a virulent anti-Semite and Islamic jihadist. It is gonna suck to live in NYC for a while.

It was Thomas Jefferson, the brilliant mind who wrote our Declaration of Independence and was our 3rd US President, who said, “The government YOU elect is the government YOU deserve.” I think America deserves better. Let’s start acting like it and never allow these maniacal leftists to hold power, let’s shrink their sphere of impact and influence…and when they violate the law, hold them accountable, along with their illegal immigrant comrades.
