Every single day, hundreds of elected Democrats and their media allies accuse the president of weaponizing federal law enforcement and trampling the constitutional rights of American citizens.
 
Yet, fresh evidence regularly emerges showing it was actually neo-Marxist elements in the Deep State who were doing exactly that—violating the constitutional rights of Citizen and Candidate Donald Trump and those around him.
 
Here’s the latest outrage.
 
FBI Director Kash Patel revealed Wednesday that the Biden FBI, under former Director Christopher Wray, seized Patel’s phone records and those of now White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles as part of Jack Smith’s legal jihad against Donald Trump. At the time this happened in 2022 and 2023, Patel and Wiles were private citizens.
 
But that’s not all.
 
In addition to seizing phone records, the FBI also recorded a phone conversation between Wiles and her attorney. The attorney knew the call was being recorded, but Wiles did not.
 
Moreover, after the 2024 election and the appointments of Patel and Wiles as FBI director and White House chief of staff, rogue agents at the Bureau attempted to hide their dirty work in “prohibited case files” in order to “evade all oversight.”
 
 
 
Yes, They Cheated
 
This Deep State surveillance wasn’t limited to a few targets. Jack Smith seized the phone records of members of Congress, including then-Speaker Kevin McCarthy and House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan.
 
This is the kind of abuse we see in Putin’s Russia, in communist China, in Cuba, and in Iran—and Democrats got away with it here. The “mainstream media” invested zero effort in investigating this scandal while it was happening.
 
Now, they’re obsessed with “exposing” any Republican who forgets to flush as a “scandal.”
 
But when Joe Biden and Kamala Harris abused government power to rob conservatives and Christians of their constitutional rights—weaponizing the law to destroy their main political opponent in the upcoming elections—there was nothing but crickets from the media.
 
Yet, they insist there was no cheating in the election. Their spying and constant lawfare was the cheating!
 
 
 
Bad Apples
 
After the Russia collusion hoax started to unravel during President Trump’s first term, many conservatives, myself included, for the first time in our lives began openly criticizing the CIA, the FBI, and the Department of Homeland Security. They were obviously engaging in illegal, partisan meddling in our political system.
 
We were disgusted and outraged that these intelligence agencies were turning the vast powers we gave them to protect us from foreign enemies against American conservatives instead.
 
Privately, some conservatives and even congressional Republicans warned me, “Gary, ease up your rhetoric—it’s just a few bad apples. We’ll root them out.” Yet, another 10 “bad apples” were fired from the FBI Wednesday over precisely these concerns.
 
Here’s the depressing reality: In their quest to transform America, the Left transformed our vital intelligence agencies into weapons aimed at us. And the rot runs deep.
 
Here’s another indication of how deep the rot is: When Secretary of War Pete Hegseth ordered the Defense Department to get Marxist DEI curriculum out of our military base schools, students walked out in protest. Many of the children of our men and women in uniform were already brainwashed by Defense Department schools!
 
 
 
Putting America First
 
The mainstream media often distorts President Trump’s foreign policy moves as unhinged or reckless. But he has a clear goal in every case: securing America’s “neighborhood” in the event of a future Third World War.
 
Of course, he can’t say that publicly. He can’t say, “Because previous presidents haven’t planned for it, here’s my plan to make sure we win if a global conflict erupts.” Media talking heads would explode, and Democrats would accuse President Trump of trying to start World War III.
 
So, Trump acts quietly, drops hints, and lets the results speak for themselves as he puts America first. Take the Panama Canal, for example.
 
Shortly after taking office last year, Trump warned the government of Panama that if they kept “playing footsie” with communist China, America might take the canal back.
 
Of course, I cheered, having worked for Ronald Reagan, the only major Republican at the time who opposed surrendering it in the first place. Reagan’s view was simple: “We built it, we paid for it, it’s ours.” And the American people loved him for it.
 
But the media smeared Trump as a “warmonger,” an “imperialist,” and a “fool.” Late-night talk show hosts mocked him relentlessly. Yet, few Americans realized that a company controlled by the Chinese Communist Party ran key ports at both ends of the canal.
 
The most President Trump would say in his defense was, “We can’t let a vital waterway in our backyard fall under the control of an enemy.” Within the first weeks of his administration, President Trump dispatched Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth to meet with Panama’s leaders.
 
Well, an amazing thing recently happened. Panama’s courts suddenly decided that Chinese communists were in fact controlling both ends of the canal and their contracts were unconstitutional.
 
On Monday, Panama ousted the Chinese and transferred the management of the ports to trusted Western firms. Trump’s pressure worked without a shot being fired. Although, I still think there is a real possibility of Chinese sabotage by “unknown terrorists” in Panama trying to throw a wrench into the works.
 
The same pattern holds with President Trump’s tough talk on Canada, Mexico, and even Greenland. Critics scream “imperialism,” but if those strategic spots ever fell to our enemies, the only country that would be called on to do something about it is the United States of America.
 
Sadly, the media rarely investigates the real risks or informs the public. They just attack Trump and accuse him of picking on “poor Greenland.”
 
 
 
Left-wing Lunacy
 
I’ve seen a lot of bizarre and shocking things during my time in Washington, D.C. But over the past few weeks, I’ve concluded that Republicans have one clear, powerful campaign message for November, courtesy of President Trump: “These people are crazy.”
 
By “these people,” I mean the rising socialist, progressive, neo-Marxist wing that controls Democratic Party. Their insane behavior often leaves me torn between laughter and disbelief.
 
The entire country cheered when the U.S. men’s hockey team captured Olympic gold. Yet some on the far left grumbled that the celebrations were “too nationalistic” or “excessively patriotic.” What?! And they really lost it when FBI Director Kash Patel joined the team in the locker room for a beer. The horror!
 
During the president’s State of the Union address, dozens of crazy Democrats shouted obscenities from the House floor. More than a hundred boycotted the speech entirely.
 
Some even attended a rival event where the crowd cheered men dressed as frogs dancing across the stage. This actually happened. But I don’t think it’s a good strategy for Democrats hoping to win back blue-collar men.
 
These crazy left-wing politicians think it’s a noble thing to cut off healthy body parts from children in the name of “transgender rights.” At the State of the Union, they refused to stand when the president honored American heroes.
 
They remained seated for a wounded soldier still recovering from combat injuries sustained in service to our country. They stayed seated when the president introduced grieving families whose children were murdered by illegal aliens and criminal thugs.
 
For all the media’s hyperventilating about Donald Trump assaulting the norms of American politics, none of this is normal. It’s radical Marxism.
 
Any Democrat who wins the White House or gets elected to Congress inevitably brings more of these crazy extremists into positions of power—staffing agencies, shaping regulations, running your schools, and dictating how you raise your children.
 
 
 
They’re Not Moderate
 
Rep. Seth Moulton (D-MA) has been held up by some commentators and Never Trumpers as the kind of “moderate” Democrat who could win over Middle America. I doubt it. Rep. Moulton’s guest at the State of the Union address was an illegal alien.
 
When the Department of Homeland Security identified Moulton’s guest as an illegal alien in a social media post, Moulton’s staff quietly removed him from the gallery and hid this foreign national in the congressman’s office. Harboring an illegal alien is a federal crime.
 
Has a member of Congress ever invited you or one of your family members to attend the State of the Union as his or her guest? It really is an honor. But apparently, Moulton could not find a single actual American in his congressional district who could meet his “high standards” for such an honor.
 
Some might say, “Oh, Gary, it’s just one congressman.” No, it isn’t just one congressman. President Trump gave Democrats the opportunity to prove their loyalty to American citizens over foreign nationals illegally in our country. Virtually all of them refused to do so.
