When pro-family, pro-life conservative organizations like American Values apply for grants from foundations or corporations, it’s often a complicated process with lots of hoops we have to jump through. But when the Left knocks on corporate or foundation doors, the money flows freely.
 
Black Lives Matter was deluged by corporate cash during the 2020 riots. Corporate CEOs were lining up to prostrate themselves before the BLM bandits. But the only Black lives that benefitted from all that corporate virtue signaling were a handful of BLM leaders. We later learned that BLM really stood for “Buying Large Mansions.”
 
It was the same for the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), which raked in cash from corporate giants, including JPMorgan Chase, after the 2017 Charlottesville riot.  That would be the same riot that the SPLC helped fund, which I suppose was a good investment for them. The SPLC’s revenue more than doubled that year.
 
After the bloody assassination of Charlie Kirk, we were shocked at how leftists celebrated his murder even before he was buried. They said, “Good! One less bigot is good for America. I have no sympathy for haters like him.”
 
Where do you think they got that idea that Charlie Kirk was a bigot, a hater and a racist? In part, from the Southern Poverty Law Center. The far-left group put Kirk and Turning Point USA on its list of “hate groups.” Universities used that list to ban Kirk from their campuses because he was a “bigot.”
 
In 2021, the parent revolt swept America. During COVID, parents realized their children were being indoctrinated with anti-American and LGBTQ propaganda, and Moms for Liberty grew like crazy. So, the SPLC, just another division of the progressive movement and the Democrat Party, labeled them, too, as a “hate group.”
 
The Biden Justice Department and FBI, working with the National School Boards Association (also controlled by the Left), labeled parents as “potential domestic terrorists.” An “800” line was set up for people to report parents who might be planning violence. There were no such parents. This was a strategy to stoke fear and stop the parent revolt.
 
Suddenly, there was a noticeable drop in the number of people showing up at school board meetings because they didn’t want to be associated with a “hate group” or targeted by the FBI. Moms for Liberty also had trouble finding venues for their meetings because they were on the SPLC’s list of “hate groups.”
 
 
 
Biden Played His Role
 
Then there was President Joe Biden himself. We know that the SPLC’s putrid hands were involved in the 2017 Charlottesville riot that left one young woman dead. Democrats and their left-wing media allies used that tragic event to try to kill Donald Trump’s presidency in its infancy.
 
When reporters asked President Trump to comment on the events in Charlottesville, he said there were some very fine people on both sides. Trump was talking about the peaceful protests by people who wanted to preserve historic statues in the city.
 
The president specifically said he was not talking about the white supremacists and neo-Nazis also in town. He said they should be “condemned totally.” He gave that strong condemnation of hate in the same answer to the reporter’s question.
 
But every Democrat and their left-wing media allies repeated the lie that “Donald Trump called neo-Nazis very fine people.” Joe Biden based his 2020 presidential campaign on that lie. In announcing his third presidential run, Biden declared:
 
“[Trump] said there were quote some very fine people on both sides. With those words, the president of the United States assigned a moral equivalence between those spreading hate and those with the courage to stand against it. And in that moment, I knew the threat to this nation was unlike any I had ever seen in my lifetime.”
 
“The core values of this nation, our standing in the world, our very democracy, everything that has made America, America, is at stake. That’s why today I’m announcing my candidacy for president of the United States.”
 
When you think about it, it’s really breathtaking.
 
Lies upon lies reported by a lying media. All backed up by an entire infrastructure committed to smearing decent Americans as racists and a Deep State intelligence apparatus filled with lying political hacks and big businesses folding like cheap suits, unwilling to resist the lies.
 
That is the real threat to democracy in America and to the survival of our constitutional Republic.
 
 
 
More Left-wing Hate
 
In recent weeks, there have been violent attacks on corporations and corporate CEOs. In one case, a deranged lunatic firebombed the home of Open AI CEO Sam Altman. There were demonstrations outside the courthouse when the suspect was arraigned. The demonstrators were supporting the firebomber. Two days later, shots were fired at Altman’s home. 
 
A common thread in this spate of violence is that the attackers appear to have been motivated in part by assassin Luigi Mangione, who killed insurance executive Brian Thompson, the father of two children. Why is this happening?
 
In part, it is caused by the constant undermining of the American system of free enterprise and the rule of law. Too many young Americans are being told that their lives are miserable because they live in this miserable country run by “fascists” and “fat cats,” and the only answer is revolution and socialism.
 
Universities have not only promoted this false narrative, they have also deprived young Americans of basic economic knowledge. They don’t understand how competition works, or that it is business, not government, that creates jobs and wealth. And they are the base of today’s Democrat Party.
 
Their hatred of America is being fed by commentators like Hasan Piker, who is widely seen as the Left’s answer to Joe Rogan. Democrat candidates are crawling over each other to be interviewed by Piker.
 
This Muslim Marxist was raised by a wealthy family in Istanbul, Turkey. He hates Israel and he hates Jews. He just did an interview in which he praises Mangione and condemns his victim, UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, as a “social murderer.”
 
How’s that exactly? According to Piker, the “pervasive pain that the private health care system” causes amounts to “torture” and “murder.” Piker also said that he has no problem stealing from corporations.
 
What is so significant about Piker is that Democrats are convinced he is the face of their party who can help them win this November and in 2028. He is quite literally a communist!
 
Whenever Rush Limbaugh said something that was remotely edgy, even if it was clearly a joke, Republicans were repeatedly pressed to condemn him. The media will never hold Democrats to the same standard and demand that they condemn Piker.

• After an overwhelming backlash, Utah Valley University, where Charlie Kirk was assassinated, withdrew the invitation to Sharon McMahon to be this year’s commencement speaker. McMahon publicly smeared Kirk after his death.
