• President Trump signed the Secure America Act which will fund CBP and ICE through FY2029 with zero votes from Congressional Democrats.

• Senate Democrats voted to defund law enforcement 17 times when they shutdown DHS.
• Senate Democrats voted 14 times to shut down the federal government, including DHS, during the government shutdown last year.
• House Democrats voted against DHS funding during this year’s partial government shutdown 4 times.
• Just last month, 173 House Democrats voted against a resolution to support law enforcement.
• 211 House Democrats voted to defund ICE and CBP.
• A vote to defund law enforcement is an admission that Democrats wish to return to the failed and dangerous open border policies of the Biden administration.
