New York Attorney General Letitia James is one of the most Trump-obsessed violators of the law anywhere in the country. She manufactured cases hoping to put the Democrats’ main political opponent in jail. But even she lashed out at Mayor Zohran Mamdani for attempting to “blow up” the Democrat Party by backing socialist candidates.
 
James Carville, who hates President Trump, recommended that Democrats ban Marxist revolutionary Darializa Avila Chevalier from joining the House Democrat Caucus because she is so hateful. “Her views are totally against anything that any Democrat has… She doesn’t even believe in interracial dating,” Carville said.
 
MS NOW host Joe Scarborough acknowledged that raging antisemitism played a big role in Tuesday’s results. But he added, “If you want to blame anybody for what happened … I think you have to blame Benjamin Netanyahu.”
 
Hey, Joe, one of the classic signs of antisemitism—it would be hilarious if it wasn’t so evil—is saying antisemitism is the fault of the Jews! (By the way, Scarborough used to be a Republican congressman from Florida!)
 
In related news, former Democrat New York Governor Andrew Cuomo blasted his fellow Democrats for their failure to reject the extremism of their Senate candidate in Maine, Graham Platner.
 
 
 
Devils & Details
 
As the saying goes, the devil is in the details. Well, we dug a little deeper into the details of Tuesday’s sweep by the Mamdani “hate slate” and discovered something interesting.
 
Zohran Mamdani won his mayoral race last year with record voter turnout. In contrast, the radicals he endorsed in the Democrat primaries won elections where turnout was very low. Marxist revolutionary Darializa Avila Chevalier secured a seat in Congress with only 33,000 votes.
 
You can blame her victory on the vast majority of Democrats in the 13th District who did not vote at all.
 
The Democrat establishment failed miserably. They had all the money they needed in this race. But the incumbent Democrat only managed to turn out a little more than 30,000 voters.
 
Here’s another data point: Young, white, high-income and highly educated (university indoctrinated) Democrat voters put these radical socialists over the top. Low-income and most minority precincts voted for the less extreme establishment Democrat.
 
Former Biden White House advisor Yemisi Egbewole is warning the Democrat Party that nominating fringe Marxist candidates who want to abolish the police, prisons and borders risks alienating many minority voters. 
 
Meanwhile, Hakeem Jeffries is doing his best to keep the party together by reminding them that “the enemy is Donald Trump and MAGA extremism.”
 
No matter what happens next, these Marxist, America-hating insurgents will pull the Democrats even further to the left.
 
 
 
Trump Plays Hardball
 
Senate Republicans thought they were going to have a nice day Wednesday. They were all ready to go to the bill-signing ceremony for the just-passed housing affordability legislation. Then, President Trump canceled the event.
 
He is being criticized by everyone, including Fox News and the Wall Street Journal. Once again, the Uniparty and its media allies are claiming that Donald Trump is dividing everyone. Republican senators are asking, “Why would he ruin this great opportunity?”
 
Why? That’s the wrong question. President Trump put the housing bill on hold because he’s fighting for the Save America Act, which is far more important. He did it because 91% of Republicans—you know, the people who put him and Republican senators in office—want the Save America Act passed.
 
The better question is: Why can’t Republican senators get it done?
 
By the way, if they want to push bipartisan legislation, election integrity is a bipartisan issue. Seventy percent of Democrats support voter ID laws.
 
The president also “dropped by” the weekly Senate GOP caucus luncheon. He had a few things to say about the war powers resolution that passed the day before. President Trump told senators that the vote severely undermined the United States while we are negotiating with Iran.
 
The fact that we have 53 Republican senators and couldn’t win a vote on a war powers resolution as we are facing the possibility of renewed conflict is demoralizing.
 
So, a couple of senators were invited to the White House for a briefing on the situation with Iran. They returned to Capitol Hill last night and changed their votes, defeating another war powers resolution.
 
 
 
 
Trump Wins
 
The Supreme Court issued opinions in three major cases yesterday. Conservatives prevailed 6 to 3 in each case. Here is a brief summary. 

• In Wolford v. Lopez, the court declared that Hawaii’s law requiring concealed-carry permit holders to obtain a business owner’s express permission before entering the business with their firearm violated the Second and Fourteenth Amendments.

• In Mullin v. Al Otro Lado, the six conservative justices ruled that migrants on the Mexican side of the border have not “arrived” in the United States for the purpose of making asylum claims. In his opinion, Justice Samuel Alito wrote: “An alien standing in Mexico does not ‘arriv[e] in the United States’ by attempting, and failing, to set foot in this country. An alien ‘arrives in the United States’ only when he crosses the border.” That seems obvious enough, but the three liberal justices were furious.

• In Mullin v. Doe, the conservative majority upheld the Trump administration’s authority to end “temporary protected status” for certain migrants who were allowed to enter the country under “emergency conditions.” There have been several cases where these “temporary” protections went on for ten years or more.

 
 
 
Left-wing Lunacy
 
The headline in yesterday’s Washington Post was bold and shocking. It read: “She Got 8 Years For Plotting To Kill Justice Kavanaugh. Prosecutors Want More.”
 
I remember the man who tried to kill Justice Brett Kavanaugh. But I missed the news that a woman tried to kill him, too.
 
Oh, wait a minute, it’s the same person. The wannabe assassin was a man but now identifies as a woman.
 
Nicholas John Roske flew from California to Washington, D.C., to kill Justice Kavanaugh. Thankfully, he was apprehended. The weak sentence he got from a left-wing judge was disgusting, and the Justice Department is asking for a tougher sentence.
 
Since Nicholas now calls himself “Sophie,” the entire Washington Post story from the headline to the end used his female name and female pronouns to refer to him.
 
That’s how deep in the muck the Washington establishment is when it comes to the lies of trans ideology.
