MANNY RUTINEL WANTS TO DESTROY COLORADO’S ENERGY INDUSTRY 

• Manny Rutinel wants to completely eliminate fossil fuels, even though Weld County in CO-08 accounts for 83% of Colorado’s oil production.
• Rutinel co-sponsored a bill which threatens to eliminate energy jobs in his district by closing the only oil refinery in the state.
• The bill pushes to slash emissions from oil production by a whopping 60% by 2030.
• In college, Rutinel was arrested for storming a football field to demand the elimination of fossil fuels.

RUTINEL HATES COLORADO’S MEAT AND DAIRY INDUSTRY

• Rutinel is an avid vegan who has railed against meat consumption.
• Weld County is also one of America’s top 10 agriculture-producing counties.
• In college, Rutinel would constantly promote his vegan lifestyle and donned a pig mascot for “National Hug a Vegan Day,” protested shirtless on campus with a People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) sign, and has called animal agriculture a “horrific, exploitive industry.”
• He once fantasized about falling in love at Trader Joe’s by reaching for vegan chorizo at the same time.
• Rutinel started a petition to have Popeyes serve plant-based menu items.
• Rutinel testified to the Connecticut legislature that “the globe must dramatically shift away from animal products.”

RUTINEL PUTS ILLEGALS OVER AMERICANS

• Rutinel cut Medicaid, defunded the police, and raised in-state tuition to pay for a $100 million per year program giving illegal aliens taxpayer-funded healthcare.
• Rutinel has aligned himself with anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) groups which have stated, “F**K ICE.”

RUTINEL IS A DEI WARRIOR

• Manny Rutinel supports policies of the far- left. He:
• Supports spending taxpayer dollars on DEI programs about the environment.
• Wants state agencies to conduct “trauma informed” “land acknowledgement” before meetings.

• Was fired from her law firm for refusing to take down an antisemitic blog post which referenced the “elimination of the Israeli state.”
• Said she believes that the terrorist attacks on 9/11 were “inevitable” and blamed the United States.
• Wants to “get rid of” any Democrats who stand in the way of her socialist agenda.
• Is outspoken about abolishing ICE and granting mass amnesty to every illegal immigrant in the country. 
• Wants Congress to pass a “Trans Bill of Rights,” and supports gender mutilation surgeries for minors.
