Maybe it’s because I’m a Baby Boomer that I am so concerned with the direction our nation has taken. I remember my parents’ generation being called “The Greatest Generation.” Faith, integrity, honesty, character, and a strong work ethic were values they held. They were raised during The Great Depression and fought a war that brought freedom to the world. Then they built a nation based on freedom.

Today, those freedoms are in danger. Most of you are aware of this because you choose to be informed. What’s scary is how many people are still deceived and believe lies. Their source of information is the mainstream media, which no longer inform but indoctrinate. They’ve become nothing more than propagandists for the Democrat Party.

Take the current lawfare campaign being waged against Donald Trump. Whatever you think of Trump, it’s not hard to see that leftists have made it their mission to destroy his life and everything he has because he dared call them out on what they are doing to our country.

The case brought by the attorney general of New York is a perfect example. She campaigned on a promise to find something, anything, on Trump and destroy him. Her case, as any rational legal/constitutional scholar will tell you, is incredibly weak. But it’s happening in New York City, where Trump Derangement Syndrome is widespread.

The judge said Trump was guilty before the trial started. There was no jury of his peers. He was constantly throttled from putting up a defense, and the fine was unheard of for a case where there were no victims. Now, they want to dismantle his real estate empire before he can even appeal the verdict. He will not get a fair trial in Democrat-controlled New York or Washington, DC, or Fulton County, Georgia.

Granted, Trump does not help himself when he goes off on his accusers. But can we really blame him? How would you act if everything you have accomplished was being taken away, including the possibility of your freedom, not because you are guilty but just because they hate you?

Trump has said this many times: “They’re coming for you; I’m just in the way!” Is there any doubt anymore? America thrived when we had the Rule of Law and equal justice under the law firmly established. Does that even exist anymore? Ask any one of the political prisoners held in DC because of January 6, the most inept “insurrection” ever conducted. I mean, in a nation with millions of weapons in the hands of citizens, there were no weapons found on January 6. Yet it was worse than the Civil War and 9/11 combined?

I find it appalling that very few Republicans have spoken out on how these January 6 offenders are held in terrible conditions, treated worse than terrorists at Guantanamo Bay and denied their civil rights.

America was founded on biblical principles by men of faith. For this country to continue enjoying the freedoms we once knew, a revolution needs to take place. Not a revolution with the shedding of blood, but a spiritual revolution that changes the moral fabric of the nation. Another Great Awakening is needed. The courage to take this battle forward will not be found in Congress but in America’s churches. II Chronicles 7:14.
