Kamala Tries to Break Up Marriages
Harris surrogates hate men so much that they’re advising women to lie to their husbands when it comes to voting.
The Kamala Harris campaign is just so demeaning and divisive. Voiced by actress Julia Roberts, a new ad targeting women — a demographic she probably doesn’t need to pander to — directly undermines marriage.
I can’t imagine not knowing my wife well enough to know exactly how she’d vote.

I can’t imagine my wife not talking to me about any of these controversial topics.
I can’t believe there’s a campaign that encourages women to lie and deceive their husbands. pic.twitter.com/Ibevl098Nu
All the feminist tropes are in it — the “overbearing” conservative husband, the Boss Babe voting for Harris — you know, for “women’s rights” — and the intentional snubbing of family and good marriages.
I have the privilege of being in a great marriage. Who we vote for is a topic of interesting conversation in our household. My husband knows where I stand and supports me, as I do him. The fact that the women in this Harris commercial feel comfortable deceiving their husbands really signals other problems in their marriages — namely, lack of trust and respect for their spouses.
The Harris campaign has been wondering for weeks why it’s underwater with men. Perhaps because leftists see most men as overbearing antagonists.
The ad tries to make voting for Harris something that is subversive and feministic. It certainly implies that if you are a woman who votes conservatively, you are mindlessly following the whims or edicts of your husband. (See “The Handmaid’s Tale.”)
Conservative women are looking at the policies of the current administration and what our lives were like four years ago, and the answer is clear. We vehemently believe that voting Republican is voting to protect our interests, such as having our own sports and not being demeaned for being a mother who loves her family. Not to mention fighting against being overwrought by vibes and emotions.
You can’t just trot out a female candidate and expect that to be good enough for all women to simply fall in line. We need more than an empty suit in the driver’s seat. We already know what that’s like. We’ve lived under it for the last four years.
Progressives are all about choice unless you’re choosing something they don’t like. This ad embodies that adage perfectly. You’re free to choose the candidate we want you to choose, even at the expense of your own marital integrity.
Another thing that needs to be addressed is that this ad was made and paid for by Vote Common Good, the mission of which is to influence Catholic and evangelical voters away from the Republican Party. VCG clearly doesn’t know the Bible very well.
What does The Good Book have to say about husbands and wives? Ephesians 5:22-33 is very clear:
Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit in everything to their husbands. Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, so that he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish. In the same way husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ does the church, because we are members of his body. “Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” This mystery is profound, and I am saying that it refers to Christ and the church. However, let each one of you love his wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
It says for wives to “submit to your own husbands” and respect them — which doesn’t mean doing what they tell you to, as this ad implies by way of undermining the respect. Husbands are to “love your wives” sacrificially — "as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.“ Wives and husbands are supposed to be a complementary unit working together to love and honor one another in such a way that reflects Christ’s love. This ad is antithetical to that dictum and should be denounced entirely.
Harris said throughout her campaign that she is bringing JOY!™ and "turning the page.” However, she cannot run away from the fact that she’s the current vice president and that her own history condemns her. This ad is one more nail in the Never-Kamala coffin.
