The Consequence of Highjacking the Civil Rights Act

The whole DEI and affirmative action debate took a hit when the civil rights movement got hijacked by the LGBTQ+ community.

The recent executive order rolling back DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives in the federal government has stirred up some serious debate. Folks like Whoopi Goldberg and Roland Martin are out here shouting about systemic oppression and racism. But honestly, it’s wild how they can spot racism and oppression everywhere else but seem to turn a blind eye to it within their own party and leadership.

Let’s keep it real: If we’re saying America is inherently racist and oppressive, then we’ve got to acknowledge that people like Barack Obama and Kamala Harris were at the top of that so-called “system” of oppression. It’s kind of ironic that so many black Americans supported these leaders, even when they were part of the issue.

To me, the whole DEI and affirmative action debate took a hit when the civil rights movement got hijacked by the LGBTQ+ community to push their own agenda. For years, Democrats have leaned on the 1964 Civil Rights Act to promote the gender confusion we see today. Barack Obama even added LGBTQ language to the DEI initiatives across the federal government while claiming it was about the same discrimination that black folks faced during the civil rights movement. This shift has led to some concerning advocacy that honestly has no place in our government.

At the end of the day, black Americans need to take a hard look in the mirror about voting for a party (the Democrats) that has historically perpetuated racism and oppression against their own ancestors. How can you keep supporting the very people who’ve let you down?

As a Donald Trump supporter, my mission is to help shape a successful America where everyone can thrive. Our vision is all about inclusivity and unity, focusing on what brings us together as Americans rather than what drives us apart. We’re here to welcome folks from all walks of life into our movement, but we need everyone to commit to the common good and put aside biases and prejudices.

So, let’s stop pretending that the struggle for justice has a one-size-fits-all solution. There’s room for everyone, but we’ve got to stay focused on the bigger picture. If we truly want to build a better future, let’s work together instead of tearing each other down. It’s time to lay down the divisive narratives and come together for a cause that’s bigger than any one group. The goal is to lift up America as a whole, and that means creating a space where everyone can succeed, regardless of background. Let’s make it happen!
