‘Miss Palestine’ Is a Western-Born-and-Bred Useful Idiot

The Miss Universe beauty pageant has made the ugly decision to recognize a “Miss Palestine” even though the obscure contestant only briefly lived in the West Bank.

The Miss Universe pageant has been a joke these past few years. Aside from the usual drama of contestants claiming the pageant is rigged, or contestants losing their crowns due to one scandal or another, it’s also been the groundbreaker in having “transgender” individuals represented.

In 2012, Canada allowed a gender-confused man to enter, representing the Great White North. He did not win, but he was the first to publicly parade himself in woman-face.

In 2022, the Miss Universe, Miss USA, and Miss Teen USA organizations were handed over to a new CEO, a Thai businessman who identifies as a woman.

From time to time, we do get some good laughs out of the contestants. Who could ever forget that time when the contestants shouted their country’s name and poor Miss France squawked?

This year’s controversy centers on a contestant named Nadeen Ayoub, 27, who has proclaimed herself “Miss Palestine.” Ayoub is U.S.-born and Canadian-raised. She lived briefly in the West Bank but currently lives in Dubai. Moreover, there is no proof that she won the title of Miss Palestine in a beauty pageant. In fact, the last time the West Bank attempted to have a beauty contest of this sort, 2009, Hamas put a stop to it because it was “spreading moral corruption.” The Palestinian Authority lackeys complied and shut down the competition.

Miss Universe has yet to fully explain how this young lady, who was not born or raised in either the West Bank or Gaza, was able to win a spot in the pageant for an imaginary country. In other words, a fake Palestinian is representing a fake country.

One theory is that the Miss Universe pageant allows individuals to self-appoint if there is no route to becoming commissioned in their country of origin or choice. This apparently costs a pretty penny — between $5,000 and $10,000.

Ayoub has at least one verified beauty pageant credential. In 2022, she competed in Miss Earth and finished in the top five. This was supposed to be her final step before competing in Miss Universe. However, after the October 7, 2023, terrorist attack on Israel that resulted in 1,200 innocent Israelis being slaughtered by Hamas, she joined the useful idiot chorus by deciding to “focus more on staying behind the scenes because the spotlight was supposed to be on the people in Palestine who are suffering, rather than me.” Her impetus for competing in the Miss Universe pageant today is to shed light on the “genocide” in Gaza.

Hamas started the war and uses civilians as human shields to inflate the collateral damage from Israel’s response. It purposefully starves the population to further its jihadist goals and to exploit gullible Westerners. Ayoub is the embodiment of leftism in its ugliest form. She has lived her entire life in the West except for a few brief stints in the West Bank and Dubai, yet she has the gall to speak on behalf of Gaza — really, on behalf of the Hamas terrorists — while ignoring the pogrom of October 7.

“What’s strange is that Miss Universe made the decision to include her,” Adela Cojab, this past year’s runner-up for Miss Israel, told the New York Post. “Miss Universe stands for unity, peace and co-existence — and if she stands for all of those things then let’s have it. I would welcome an advocate who stands against extremism and stands for the right of all people to exist.”

Unfortunately, based on statements Ayoub has made, she likely won’t denounce the attack on Israel but will promote the “Israel genocide” narrative. As a self-proclaimed “Miss Palestine,” could she do otherwise?

Hamas and the Palestinian Authority will certainly accept her promoting their false narratives.
