The Justice Department’s Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias recently published its report for “Eradicating Anti-Christian Bias within the Federal Government.” This follows a report released in the middle of last month, which highlighted how the Biden Justice Department targeted pro-life activists for prosecution using the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.

This latest report digs even more deeply into the Biden administration’s anti-Christian bias, exposing how this bias influenced governmental policy and the application of law across the whole of the federal government.

It certainly seems that Joe Biden’s presidency was the most actively anti-Christian in U.S. history. His administration was actively antagonistic toward Christianity, and especially conservative, biblically consistent believers.

As our own Emmy Griffin already dug into how Biden’s DOJ used the FACE Act against pro-life activists, little more needs to be said on that front. However, the fuller report does note a massive imbalance in the application of the FACE Act. Not only did the Biden administration use the FACE Act almost solely against pro-life protesters, but Biden’s DOJ prosecutors sought an average prison sentence of 26.8 months for nonviolent pro-life activists as opposed to 12.3 months for the few pro-abortion activists who violently attacked pro-life pregnancy centers.

The report notes that the FBI targeted “radical-traditional Catholics.” And the bureau relied on the deeply compromised and radical leftist Southern Poverty Law Center for targeting these Christians as “dangerous.” Of course, the SPLC’s objection to traditional Catholics, as well as other conservative Christian groups, is their biblically consistent rejection of the LGBTQ+ agenda.

The task force also observed how the Department of Education targeted Grand Canyon University and Liberty University, both Christian institutions, fining them tens of millions of dollars for dubious claims about tuition, while fining Michigan State University just $4.5 million over Larry Nassar’s sexual assault of numerous female athletes while employed at the school.

When it came to federal policy, the report noted how the Biden administration embraced the grossly misnamed “Equality Act,” which was never passed because it “would have treated Christians as second-class citizens by eliminating any claim or legal defense based on religious beliefs.” The Biden administration simply assumed this as law and then applied it across the government.

For example, the Biden administration attempted to force the acceptance of the LGBTQ+ agenda by mandating sex-rejecting procedures in the medical community with limited or no religious exemptions. The Department of Health and Human Services sought to disqualify Christian parents from the foster care system if they refused to cede their beliefs against abortion.

During the 2023 March for Life, the Smithsonian museums mandated that Christian pro-life students remove any clothing with religious or pro-life messaging or leave. The National Park Service denied a Catholic group’s request to enter the national cemetery to hold a Mass on Memorial Day.

These are but a few examples among a litany of evidence within the 800-page report that demonstrates that the Biden administration had a clear anti-Christian bias, which it acted upon, even aggressively at times. As the report put it, “The Biden Administration’s policies regularly clashed with a Christian worldview and burdened traditional religious practices. These conflicts frequently arose over abortion, gender ideology, and sexual orientation. Ultimately, the Biden Administration penalized Christians who lived in accordance with their beliefs.”

And here Joe Biden insisted he was a good Catholic.
