Radical Leftists Take Over NY Protest

New York City’s weekend protests over supposedly racist cops featured radical leftists. For example, one group of protesters held a banner that read, “Real Thugs Wear Flag Pins.” So if you’re a Patriot, you’re a thug and a racist. Meanwhile, they chanted, “What do we want? Dead cops! When do we want it? Now!” One particular Harvard graduate and college professor, Eric Linsker, actually behaved as a thug, attempting to throw a trash can on cops from the Brooklyn Bridge. After he fled, police tracked him down in part because he left his backpack – which contained three hammers, a ski mask and some marijuana. But when they arrested him, a mob attacked them. Ironically, the two police lieutenants who were injured were sent specifically to monitor for civil rights violations. Maybe Linsker could be a more productive member of society if he weren’t occupying his time writing poetry with lines such as “f— the police.” More…
