Mission accomplished: Thousands of American lives wasted for failure.
For decades, the country of South Africa was the focus of an international rallying cry against the injustices of apartheid. On June 17, 1991, South Africa's Parliament abolished the legal framework for the practice of racial persecution. In 1994, Nelson Mandela and his Marxist African National Congress (ANC) assumed the reins of power. The international community looked away, satisfied that justice had prevailed. They continue to look away, even as South Africa has degenerated into another racist pit, best described by an Afrikaner farm owner: "It's politically correct to kill whites these days." In July of 2012, Dr. Gregory Stanton, head of the nonprofit group Genocide Watch, conducted a fact-finding mission in South Africa. He concluded that there is a coordinated campaign of genocide being conducted against white farmers, known as Boers. "The farm murders, we have become convinced, are not accidental," Stanton contended. "It was very clear that the massacres were not common crimes," he added -- especially because of the absolute barbarity used against the victims. "We don't know exactly who is planning them yet, but what we are calling for is an international investigation," he added.

After sequester hysteria, John Kerry sends millions to Islamists in Egypt and Syria.
In recent weeks I've been trying to figure out how I feel about the millions of Americans who were willing to re-elect one of the most ideologically radical and divisive presidents this nation has ever endured. While I have nothing but contempt for the Takers, whether they are the able-bodied layabouts on the lower end of the economic spectrum, or the cabal of crony capitalists and power-mongers at the upper end, there are millions of voters who opted for Obama that do not fit into either of these categories. What about them? After reading a recent column by JWR's Wesley Pruden, I've decided that most of them, especially the younger ones, deserve pity.

In Friday's Wall Street Journal, Peggy Noonan compiled a nice list of "horrors" that will befall our nation, should the latest, never let a crisis go to waste "calamity" known as sequestration come to pass. "Seven hundred thousand children will be dropped from Head Start," she writes. "Six hundred thousand women and children will be dropped from aid programs. Meat won't be inspected. Seven thousand TSA workers will be laid off, customs workers too, and air traffic controllers. Lines at airports will be impossible. The Navy will slow down the building of an aircraft carrier. Troop readiness will be disrupted, weapons programs slowed or stalled, civilian contractors stiffed, uniformed first responders cut back." That's a remarkable list, and for the sake of argument, let's suppose it's all true. (Before you get started, anyone with a brain knows this manufactured hysteria is just that, but bear with me). If it *is* true, what occurs to me is that people are looking at this whole drama one hundred and eighty degrees out of phase.
The nation's epicenter of educational fraud, corruption and public school failure.
A dire threat of the 21st century — and the unwillingness of the Obama administration to confront it. A damning, 60-page report released by American computer security firm Mandiant reveals that a 12-story building on the outskirts of Shanghai is most likely the epicenter of ongoing cyber attacks perpetrated against a number of American corporations and government agencies, as well as entities such as power grids, gas lines and water works. The building, located in a run-down section of the city, is the headquarters of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Unit 61398. A 2010 report by Mandiant questioned whether the Chinese government was directly involved in such hacking. No longer. "The details we have analyzed during hundreds of investigations convince us that the groups conducting these activities are based primarily in China and that the Chinese Government is aware of them," the report states.
