Even as the Benghazi Committee has its first major hearing three years after the attack, it is clear that the Benghazi scandal is worsening, not receding. Just as Hillary Clinton prepared to testify before the House Select Committee on Benghazi, Judicial Watch uncovered documents that raise more questions about the September 11, 2012, terrorist attack on the U.S. Special Mission at Benghazi, Libya. The documents show the White House contacted YouTube over an Internet video as one of its first moves after the initial attack.

No, Hillary Didn't Care About Chris Stevens
Last week, the media hailed Hillary Clinton's supposed political triumph at a hearing of the House Select Committee on Benghazi concerning the terrorist attack of Sept. 11, 2012 that ended in the murder of four Americans, including American ambassador to Libya, Christopher Stevens. Clinton appeared calm and collected, even as she lied repeatedly:

When it comes to immigration policy, Hillary Clinton's had more career costume changes than her new BFF Katy Perry. This week, Clinton donned her militant, pro-illegal immigration mask and vowed to out-executive amnesty her old pals at the White House. "I will go as far as I can, even beyond President Obama," she bragged, "to make sure law-abiding, decent, hard-working people in this country are not ripped away from their families."

To hear the media tell it, Hillary Clinton came to Capitol Hill as a bullfighter and easily killed the angry bulls of the House Benghazi committee. The "mainstream" media wondered why these crazy Republicans would "walk into the trap" of trying to scrutinize and question a media darling.

It was the rhetorical high point of his speakership. "My colleagues, in recent days, Americans of every faith and political persuasion have mobilized in objection to a rule put forward by the Obama administration that constitutes an unambiguous attack on religious freedom in our country," Boehner said.

Who's Responsible?
Hillary Clinton told a mixed audience, "I mean, if we're honest, for a lot of well-meaning, open-minded white people, the sight of a young black man in a hoodie still evokes a twinge of fear." Before we get into the nuts and bolts of that observation, I'd like to ask a question. Would well-meaning, open-minded white people have a similar fear at the sight of an elderly black man using a walker and wearing a hoodie?

Time for a Hail Mary? School Threatens to Fire Praying Football Coach
A school district in Washington State has decided to play hardball with a football coach who refused to stop his mid-field, post-game prayers. I received an exclusive copy of a three-page letter sent to Bremerton High School Coach Joe Kennedy from Superintendent Aaron Leavell. The nutshell? Coach Joe must stop praying or he will be punished.
Hillary: It's the Sexism, Stupid
It was inevitable that Bernie Sanders would be accused of sexism sooner or later. His day came over the weekend. At the signature Jefferson-Jackson dinner in Iowa, Hillary Clinton hit the Vermont senator for saying in the first Democratic debate that "all the shouting in the world" wouldn't keep guns out of the wrong hands. According to Clinton, Sanders had directed a notoriously sexist insult at her - although not one of the 15 million people watching at the time had noticed it.
Clinton Paying a Price Now for Her 2012 Lies About Benghazi
Nothing new there. Nothing to see here. Time to move on for good. That was the attitude of most in the mainstream media to the 11-hour questioning of Hillary Clinton by the House Select Committee on Benghazi. It was not the prevailing attitude, as I remember, toward the hearings of the Senate Watergate Committee or the impeachment debate at the House Judiciary Committee (on whose staff Clinton served) 40-something years ago.
Who's More Shameful, Hillary or Her Media Protectors?
Isn't it just great that the liberal establishment views Hillary Clinton's testimony in the Benghazi hearings in terms of performance art rather than substance? That's the liberals' way of telling you how much they value integrity. It would be one thing if the mainstream liberal media said, "Clinton got caught red-handed in a number of lies, and not just on insignificant matters but on very important ones, but overall she held up well under pressure, and because of her performance, the hearings may actually be a net plus for her."
This Weekend's 'Cycle of Violence'
Friday, an Israeli family, driving near Beit El, was attacked with firebombs. A four-year-old girl suffered burns to more than 35% of her body. Her parents and two siblings were also wounded. Saturday, a 16-year-old Palestinian pretending to be a candy salesman attempted to stab Defense Ministry security guards near Jenin and was shot.
