Border invasion update, rewarding bad spies, parents win, and more.

Cross-Examination

  • Biden’s border invasion update: Unlike Joe Biden’s delusional claims, climate change is not the biggest existential crisis facing America. Rather, the true crisis is one of his own making — the invasion of illegal aliens streaming across our southern border. That invasion is getting worse, as 7,500 migrants were apprehended illegally crossing this past Sunday alone. Dealing with this massive number of illegals, the Biden administration has been separating migrant families, a policy about which Democrats and their Leftmedia cohorts are suddenly mum despite blasting Donald Trump. This influx has a growing number of “sanctuary” Democrats crying “no more” migrants in our cities. But the Biden administration is not listening. In fact, Biden is extending legal status to 470,000 Venezuelans, and his administration admits to having cut down razor wire on the Texas border meant to stop illegal crossings. Of course, strategically the Biden administration wants to keep Texas wide open in an effort to turn the state blue. Underscoring this reality, images have leaked revealing the Biden administration’s planned ICE ID cards for illegal immigrants. In light of all this, 25 governors sent a letter to Biden demanding transparency on the scope of the border malfeasance. Meanwhile, House Republicans are seeking to put a price tag on the “financial costs” of the open border. The question is, how long before this invasion eventually backfires, costing both Biden and the Democrats?

  • Biden rewards bad spies: On Monday, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas included former CIA Director John Brennan, former CIA officer Paul Kolbe, and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper in a list of 17 individuals appointed to his Homeland Intelligence Experts Group. This group will “provide advice and perspectives on intelligence and national security efforts,” and will focus on “foreign nation-state adversaries, domestic violent extremists, cyber criminals.” Notably, Brennan, Kolbe, and Clapper all signed the infamous letter in 2020 falsely claiming that Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation. They signed the letter even after independent cybersecurity experts had authenticated its veracity. They went to bat for Joe Biden countervailing the evidence, and now they’re being rewarded for peddling disinformation to the American public.

  • Federal judge blocks Newsom’s anti-parent policy: The vast majority of Californians (84%) believe that parents have right to be notified by schools if their child expresses gender-bending ideology. Irrespective of the majority opinion, Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom has actively acted against parents’ wishes and has sought to crackdown on school districts that adopt parental notification policies. Well, a federal judge blocked Newsom’s effort to keep parents in the dark. U.S. District Court Judge Roger Benitez ruled against Newsom, finding that the Golden State governor’s policy violates parents’ constitutional rights. Benitez stated, “A parent’s right to make decisions concerning the care, custody, control and medical care of their children is one of the oldest of the fundamental liberty interests that Americans enjoy,” and therefore any effort to prevent them from doing so is a violation of their rights. The state does not have the right to indoctrinate children against their parents’ wishes.

  • Designer gets her clothes back from gender-fluid sicko Sam Brinton: Fashion designer Asya Khamsin, who was one of the victims of the infamous luggage thief and former Biden administration official Sam Brinton, got her property back on Wednesday. The gender-bending, cross-dressing Brinton evidently took a shine to Khamsin’s luggage back in March 2018, when he stole her baggage containing some of her designer clothing, including a dress that he would later don. Khamsin discovered that Brinton was the thief after she saw images of him wearing her dress. “Those were my custom designs, which were lost in that bag in 2018,” Khamsin said. “He wore my clothes, which was stolen.” Brinton was charged with felony grand larceny and is facing a trial in December.
