An increasing number of Americans are balking at transing the kids, with states like Texas effectively banning it. But the Biden administration has decided to plant its flag on the wrong side of history and go after anyone who would dare to reveal the dastardly evil nature of the transgender agenda.

Our own Nate Jackson recently noted how Joe Biden’s Justice Department has targeted those who oppose the Rainbow Mafia, as the DOJ dubiously charged Dr. Eitan Haim for blowing the whistle on Texas Children’s Hospital’s illegal child gender-bending treatment.

The DOJ contends that Dr. Haim broke HIPAA laws when he outed the hospital’s illegal practices, though he says he redacted personal information. The clear message is that daring to expose the lawlessness of the gender-benders whom the Biden administration supports will get one in trouble. Never mind the fact that children’s bodies are being permanently damaged by this unscientific and radically immoral ideology.

For his part, Dr. Haim is not about to back down. He believes the DOJ’s charges are spurious and that he has a good case “because I had fulfilled the responsibilities of my profession” to tell the truth. “It’s obvious to everyone that what I did was the correct thing to do,” he contends. “If we don’t fight back and if we don’t win, the door shuts forever for every single other whistleblower in the healthcare system in our country.”

Well, another whistleblower, Vanessa Sivadge, a nurse at the same hospital, has come forward to accuse the hospital of coaxing children who “struggled with various problems: depression, anxiety, addiction, suicide attempts, physical abuse, and discomfort with puberty” by diagnosing them with “gender dysphoria” and then putting them on a “gender-affirming care” regimen.

She witnessed a striking dichotomy at the hospital: “In the cardiac clinic, we were taking sick kids and making them better. In the transgender clinic, it was the opposite. We were harming these kids.”

A couple of months after Sivadge contacted conservative journalist Christopher Rufo, two FBI agents visited her home. According to Sivadge, the agents told her she was a “person of interest” as part of an ongoing investigation into another whistleblower at the hospital, who happened to be Dr. Haim, whom the agents claimed was guilty of breaking federal privacy laws. “They threatened me,” she said. “They promised they would make life difficult for me if I was trying to protect the leaker. They said I was ‘not safe’ at work and claimed that someone at my workplace had given my name to the FBI.”

Sivadge’s specific allegation against Texas Children’s was that the hospital was “illegally billing Medicaid for transgender procedures.” In other words, her allegations appear to corroborate Dr. Haim’s charge that the hospital has been engaging in illegal gender-bending treatment of minors.

One would think that high on the FBI’s list of priorities would be crimes that target and abuse children, especially for financial gain. But it would appear that Biden’s DOJ is more concerned with protecting the “transgender” agenda and is using the FBI to bully and intimidate those who dare to expose this evil.

This is how a government that is weaponized against its citizens behaves. It protects its own special interest ideology over civil rights and the Rule of Law.
