Google has once again been flagrant with its political bias, this time through its affiliate, YouTube. Like YouTube did with COVID-19 “misinformation,” it has slapped a disclaimer banner below pro-life videos to provide “context” and to lure Internet users to pro-abortion websites.

These banners are on videos pertaining to Catholic views on abortion; attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers; and prominent figures such as Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and their Catholic dissonance on the subject. YouTube also censors Catholic priests who disagree with Big Tech’s pro-abortion stance and have posted videos with their arguments and asking for discourse.

The YouTube banner says “Abortion Health Information,” and the link takes the user to the National Library of Medicine (NLM). The NLM is a federal organization that, as Sophia Corso puts it, “is just another hub of progressive federal government bureaucrats within the National Institutes of Health that plugs abortion and has reportedly published thousands of papers on ‘racism and medicine.’” In other words, it’s yet another body of unelected bureaucrats with the veneer of “expertise” that uses its status to phrase atrocities as healthcare.

When an organization has to use euphemisms to make what it’s describing sound better than it actually is, it’s (a) selling you something and (b) knows what it’s selling you is wrong. NLM defines abortion as “a procedure to end a pregnancy.” That’s not untrue, but ending a pregnancy is a very sanitized way of saying “causing the death of your unborn baby.”

The rest of the links in NLM’s abortion page get even more evasive. The page on dilatation and curettage (D and C) — when the abortionist kills and dismembers the baby in the womb, then suctions him or her out — describes it as “a procedure to remove tissue from inside your uterus.” It goes on to explain how this exact procedure is used to help with other medical conditions such as uterine cancer. The implication is subtle, but it’s there: The unborn baby is like a cancer that needs to be sucked out.

Using a medical condition to justify the use of a drastic medical procedure for a darker purpose is straight out of Planned Parenthood’s playbook. Its advertisement for puberty blockers for “nonbinary” or “trans” teens did the same thing. It justified puberty blockers for perfectly healthy but confused kids because some kids are intersex (a rare condition wherein the patient is born with male and female reproductive characteristics and requires medical intervention).

It is nothing new for Google to use its popularity and power as a search engine to block, censor, and manipulate information regarding the pro-life issue. Last September, Google actively suppressed and blocked Live Action’s pro-life advertisements while allowing advertisements for abortion pills. The timing was suspicious since the censorship began happening in earnest after Texas’s Heartbeat Act went into effect.

This Big Tech hydra has sold its soul to the leftist death cult. Sadly, many of the leftists’ firmly held ideologies are that of a death cult. Under the guise of “liberty,” they justify killing babies; mutilating and sterilizing healthy but depressed kids; assisted suicide; pitting races against one another; high crime in cities; and the list goes on and on. Leftists want power and they leverage the greatest human flaw — the desire to be God — as a means to keep and protect that power. If that means millions die in the process, so be it.

Google and YouTube’s particular branch of the death cult attacks pro-life messaging, advertisements, and discourse. It is a gross attempt to take away women’s choices by limiting their information and essentially tricking them. This is especially despicable considering that many of these women are in crisis, looking for help and support. This is something that crisis pregnancy centers specialize in, and depriving these women of that choice is incredibly harmful.
