In a recent press conference with Chris Hipkins, the government minister who emerged as the Labour Party’s “consensus candidate” for prime minister of New Zealand following the resignation of Jacinda Ardern in January 2023, Hipkins was asked a question by the press: “How do you, and how does this government, define what a woman is?” A stunned Hipkins responded, “I wasn’t expecting this question, so it’s not something I have formulated an answer on.” He likely floundered so as to protect himself from being contradicted by an activist “expert” later.

In March 2022, an exchange between Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn and then-Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson went viral. Blackburn asked, “Can you provide a definition of the word ‘woman’?” Brown Jackson replied: “I can’t. … I’m not a biologist.”

A new standard was born — needing an “expert” present to provide an answer to this very elementary question.

However, the woke definition of an “expert” is far more disputable than the scientific reality of the word “woman.” During a recent event at the University of Pittsburgh held by Riley Gaines, former competitor to Lia Thomas-turned-advocate for women’s rights in sports, Professor Gabby Yearwood, a supposed “expert” on anthropology, approached the microphone during the question-and-answer portion of the meeting and attempted to put Gaines in her place by insinuating that her beliefs about gender and biological sex were unenlightened.

Gaines, however, brilliantly exposed the woke biases of Yearwood when she asked, “If you were to dig up a human, two humans, a hundred years from now — a man and a woman — could you tell the difference, strictly off of the bones?” He responded, “No.” The room erupted with laughter, which was the appropriate reaction to such a claim. Yearwood argued back: “I’m not sure why I’m being laughed at if I’m the expert in the room. … I have a PhD!”

Woke ideology has infiltrated even science and the places we used to be able to count on to find facts and data to guide people away from delusion. So, we are faced with the reality that feelings now regulate the world around us and that the purpose of the “experts” is to affirm delusion.

But why?

One of the undeniable objectives of wokeism is to disrupt current systems, crippling society by eliminating the common ground of facts and replacing it with ideas that can and will cause constant conflict. This is no longer a battle between the sane and the insane, where the vast majority of people used to agree that the greatest prosperity for human beings was to be grounded on a foundation of realism. The woke have created an alternate universe in which what each individual person thinks and feels takes precedence over facts. That means the ways that we can be divided and pitted against each other are as many people as exist in society.

This is a mission to divide and conquer, and the method is neo-Marxist ideologies that intentionally cause confusion, perpetuate the false notion that you are entitled to rights based on things that are not real, and that you are justified to retaliate against anyone who tries to deny you those rights.

In line with these ideologies is the necessity to create vague definitions, where words like “woman” are not meant to be associated with the scientific realities of biology but rather used as a descriptive term that characterizes a frame of mind. By adopting this line of thinking, the scope by which laws can be created to control and intimidate otherwise totally innocent people becomes much broader. The bullying tactics used by those who believe they are on the side of true liberation against those they see as upholding a set of beliefs that defend oppression by restricting humanity to science and reality become justified and even encouraged.

Video footage from a March 24 “Let Women Speak” rally in Auckland, New Zealand, organized by sex-based rights activist Kelly-Jay Keen-Minshull, showed a circle of security guards protecting this single woman from a 2,000-person mob as it tried to physically attack her while being led to a waiting police car to drive her to safety. The “crime” committed by Keen-Minshull that worked the crowd into this hysterical frenzy was her outspoken position that a woman is an adult human female, and that the biology of a trans woman still makes that person a man.

A meeting held by pro-life activist Kristan Hawkins at Virginia Commonwealth University on March 29 ended when antifa entered the room and shut down the event. The antifa goons yelled over students who were attempting to ask questions of Hawkins and her Students For Life guests, while breaking signage provided by the speakers and threatening the hosts. Security soon intervened and instructed the presenters to leave the room and hide in a secure location until the inimical group disbursed.

Instead of criticizing the behavior of the hostile hooligans, it was the women trying to reintroduce reality to college students that faced condemnation.

The people behind this movement of truth being subjective are well aware that biological reality, scientific facts, and the acknowledgement of the inherent qualities of men and women are all fundamental to a flourishing and stable society. That’s why the deception and a belief system based solely on abstract theories are central to the objective of destroying it.

If we cannot count on facts as the basis for our human rights and the laws by which society is governed, then there are no limits or boundaries within which those that create laws are required to operate.

Today, it’s the definition of “woman” on the chopping block. Tomorrow, it may be “man,” “child,” or even “human.”
