Year after year, we see scandals erupt on the Left, yet the central figures often seem to evade justice.
There are a lot of other issues I'd prefer to cover today, but one story is dominating the headlines, so here we go. Late Wednesday, reports erupted in the press about infighting within the Trump White House.
The Left and its media allies are apoplectic after North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un made this announcement during his New Year's address: "The U.S. should know that the button for nuclear weapons is on my table. The entire area of the U.S. mainland is within our nuclear strike range."
The Islamic Republic of Iran has been rocked the past week by protests across the country. It is hard to get solid information on exactly what is taking place there. Demonstrations have erupted in at least 40 cities. As many as 20 have been killed and 450 have been arrested.
What's that? It is, according to the most accurate pollster of 2016, President Trump's approval rating as we approach the end of his first year in office. It is, by the way, almost exactly where Barack Obama finished his first year in office.
As I have written many times before, the Left increasingly views everything through the prism of race. In its desperation to demonize (and demoralize) conservatives generally, and Donald Trump in particular, the Left has weaponized "racism" in order to shut down dissent and make mainstream values "beyond the pale."
In yesterday's report, I wrote that big personnel changes were coming to the FBI.
Big changes are coming to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
The Pew Research Center recently released a survey about Christmas and how Americans view the holiday.
In the last 24 hours, multiple companies have raised their projected earnings in 2018 and beyond. Many are crediting President Trump's tax cut plan for boosting their bottom lines.
Republican congressional leaders will join President Trump at the White House shortly to celebrate a big victory — passage of the historic tax cut and tax reform law. This is the first major tax overhaul since the Reagan years, and it will be a big boost for the American people and American businesses.
History will be made this week as congressional Republicans stand on the verge of enacting historic tax reform. This has not been done since the Reagan era.
The Islamic State issued a series of online threats in recent days, once again warning of possible attacks during the Christmas holiday. One image featured a photo of the National Cathedral in Washington, DC, in flames.
Lots of questions are being asked today about that so-called "insurance policy" Clinton loyalist Peter Strzok referred to in a text to his mistress, Lisa Page. Strzok and Page both worked at the FBI and were also part of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team investigating President Trump until their texts were discovered this summer.
For the first time in a quarter of a century, the people of Alabama have elected a Democrat to the United States Senate.
Approximately two dozen faith-based leaders were invited to a Christmas lunch Monday in the Eisenhower Building, part of the White House complex. As I was driving to the lunch, I received a call telling me that we might be able to say "Hello" to President Trump in the Oval Office.
What an incredible day! Once again, I had the privilege of meeting with President Trump in the Oval Office. I was there with 20 faith-based leaders.
U.S. skier Lindsey Vonn told a reporter that if she wins a medal in the upcoming Olympics set to start in February, she won't visit the White House, as medal winners traditionally do. She said she hopes to represent "the people of the United States" in the Olympics, not "the president."
It is sad and dangerous that many young Americans are more interested in condemning their country, protesting the flag and second-guessing previous generations than they are in understanding what happened 76 years ago and how each generation must defend liberty.
It is hard to adequately express my happiness. Overcoming foreign threats and dissent within the U.S. government, President Trump yesterday formally recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and began the process of moving the U.S. embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
