Republican Repeal Plan
Monday night, House Republicans unveiled their plan to repeal Obamacare. Predictably, the Left hates it. Senate Democrat Leader Chuck Schumer and House Democrat Leader Nancy Pelosi blasted the bill and pledged to do everything they can to stop it.
Sitting on Their Hands
President Donald Trump has spoken to Congress and the nation. He did what Democrats and some Republicans said he could not. He provided Americans with a positive vision and offered realistic solutions with an overriding theme to bring people together to make America great again.

A Day Without American Tech Workers

The Media’s Anonymous-Sources Hypocrisy
White House deputy press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders exposed a notable bit of hypocrisy on ABC’s “This Week.” As the liberal media boiled over President Trump accusing former President Obama of wiretapping him, ABC host Martha Raddatz spat at Sanders about a conservative blog’s reporting, saying: “And Heat Street, they have two sources with links to the counterintelligence community. That’s it. Anonymous sources.”

In a one sentence order, the eight justices on America’s highest bench pulled out of the fray, sending the highest profile case back to the lower courts — and liberals back to the drawing board. For the Left, which relies on the courts to do what lawmakers will not, it was a huge blow to an agenda the majority of America rejects.
The Trump Effect
While some polls can be manipulated to produce outcomes based on the bias of the polltakers, this one by CNBC seems to reflect what the stock market is telling us. According to the financial network’s All-America Economic Survey for the fourth quarter, “the percentage of Americans who believe the economy will get better in the next year jumped an unprecedented 17 points to 42 percent, compared with before the election.”

Another Chance for Trump to Ensure Foreign Governments Play by the Rules
In his first ever address to a joint session of Congress, President Donald Trump took a firm stand on the side of the American people. He said: “We must create a level playing field for American companies and workers… I believe strongly in free trade but it also has to be fair trade.” President Trump is right. For too long, foreign countries have taken advantage of American companies and we did little to enforce the protections of these trade deals — which is an integral part of free trade.
