My schedule this week includes a series of National Medal of Honor Heritage Center² events. It started with a flight to Colorado Springs Monday morning to pick up the keynote speaker, Medal of Honor³ recipient Britt Slabinski⁴ — now the president of the Congressional Medal of Honor Society⁵. For membership, all you need is a Medal of Honor.

It was a nostalgic trip because the last time I was in the Springs was for my son’s Air Force Academy graduation⁶, an hour before he cross-commissioned to become a Marine Infantry Officer.

Immersed in this week’s activities honoring the heritage and legacy of generations of American Patriots who have earned it defending American Liberty⁷, the upcoming election between Trump and Harris presents a stark contrast between those we honor at the Heritage Center and those who would serve as commander-in-chief of 1.3 million uniformed Patriots.

There is a reason that Medal of Honor recipients signed an open endorsement letter⁸ backing Donald Trump⁹ two weeks ago, and why the overwhelming majority of combat veterans support him, in contrast to the deep state¹⁰ hacks who have endorsed¹¹ the Harris/Walz¹² ticket.

What is abundantly clear from those Harris hack endorsements is this: She and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz are a perilous threat¹³ to both Liberty and national security.

Notably, in a stern reference to Walz’s stolen valor record¹⁴, the Medal of Honor recipients who endorsed Trump declared that “fabricating military service is beneath the dignity of a veteran and demeaning to those who have served honorably in the Armed Forces.”

Will Kamala Harris convince enough low-info voters to elect her as their commander-in-chief? Can you imagine the abject absurdity of Walz being one heartbeat away from being their commander-in-chief?

Of course, Harris has also established herself as a pathological liar¹⁵, who rivals her lying mentor¹⁶, old Joe Biden¹⁷. And she tag-teams well with Tim Walz¹⁸, who also has a chronic problem with the truth¹⁹.

But to be fair, Harris does not always lie, and that brings me to her catchy campaign slogan.

If you don’t recall, Trump’s 2016/2024 campaign slogan — “Make America Great Again” — is a derivative of Ronald Reagan’s²⁰ 1980 campaign slogan, “Let’s Make America Great Again.” I have President Reagan’s campaign buttons framed on a wall above my office desk.

But have you wondered where Kamala Harris’s²¹ slogan originated?

In her fantastically flubbed interview with Bret Baier²² last week, he noted, “Your campaign slogan is ‘A New Way Forward.’”

Harris has repeated this slogan countless times.

“We’re not going back. America is ready for a new way forward. … We are not going back. We, together, will chart a new way forward. … We’re not going back. Together, we’ll move forward. … It’s time to move forward together.”

The “forward together” variations are often combined with her other slogan, “When we fight, we win.” If Trump used such words, he would be accused of advocating violence.

Of course, Barack Obama²³ centered his campaign on “Change,” and the Harris/Walz ticket¹², despite her “new way” claims to the contrary, is just an extension of the abysmal Biden/Harris record of domestic and foreign policy failures²⁴.

On its face, Harris’s “New Way Forward” is an effort to run against her own record. She knows that when more than 65 percent of our nation thinks it’s on the wrong track²⁵, it is very likely the incumbent will be defeated. Her whole campaign is centered on insisting she is not Joe Biden. And she is correct…she is actually far to the Left of Biden.

So this election will be decided ln whether Trump has made his case that she is the incumbent.

Beyond Harris’s attempt to run against her record, it finally occurred to me where I had read that “Forward Together” slogan before.

As I have noted before, at The Patriot Post, we don’t operate in an echo chamber. To better know our adversaries, our editors and analysts subscribe to a broad spectrum of political publications. That’s in keeping with a maxim from the 5th century BC treatise, The Art of War (attributed to Chinese military strategist Sun Tzu) — in modern shorthand, simply “Know your enemy.”

Among the leftmost sources we review is the daily Communist Party USA (CPUSA) propaganda screed, which provides marching orders to all the leftist haters opposed to American Liberty⁷. It’s just a notch further left than the daily updates from the Democrat Party socialists²⁶.

And it is in those CPUSA emails where the “Forward Together” slogan has been repeated by Rossana Cambron, the CPUSA co-chair²⁷.

After Demos rigged the 2020 election (just as they have rigged the 2024 election²⁸), I recall an article from Cambron celebrating the arrival of the Biden/Harris clown show, declaring, “We’re not going back … forward together!²⁹”

Before Harris adopted that slogan, Cambron repeated it often over the last three years, saying: “That’s how we communists work. This is how you build that movement that’s going to be the massive movement that we need to topple capitalism. … Forward together!”

“Forward together” was on the podium at the CPUSA’s 32nd National Convention³⁰ in Chicago this year, ahead of the “Kamalafest Coronation Convention³¹” in Chicago. The CPUSA had banners declaring: “We’re not going back. Forward together.” And the convention presenters concluded with these words: “Forward together!”

Yeah, I know, just coincidence… Like it is just coincidence that Chicago was just named the most rat-infested city³² in America — for the 10th straight year.

Of course, Harris’s Leftmedia publicists³³ will “fact-check³⁴” the claim of any association, insisting there is no connection. But in fact, Harris’s penchant for communism has its origins in her early childhood indoctrination.

Recall, as I outlined in “Who Is the REAL Kamala Harris?³⁵”: “Harris’s father ultimately became a Stanford University professor advocating socialist ideology… The Stanford Daily³⁶ described Harris as a ‘Marxist scholar’ whose tenure was being questioned because he was "a pied piper leading students astray from neo-Classical economics.”

I also noted that her father and mother met while attending the Afro-American Association, a black study group³⁷ composed of black supremacists³⁸ who championed communists Fidel Castro and Che Guevara. (Shades of Barack Obama’s²³ influential Marxist mentors³⁹…)

Yeah, I know, just coincidence…

And circling back to that interview with Bret Baier…

When Baier asked about why more people trust Trump on the economy, Harris responded, “When you look at our plans for what we would do as president, it has been clear to those who study and understand how economic policy works … moving forward … people are ready to chart a way forward…”

I’m not sure what Harris means when she says “what WE would do as president,” but if she is referencing Trump’s record, his economic success⁴⁰ is already thoroughly documented.

Sidebar: This “we” reference reminded me of when San Francisco detective “Dirty Harry” Callahan was once asked⁴¹, “Who is we, sucka?” But that film was released 10 years before the then-29-year-old Harris began her career-advancing adulterous San Francisco affair with then-60-year-old California Assembly Speaker Willie Brown.

At first, Harris’s response to Baier sounded like she was going to toss a word salad, but there it is in plain sight: “It has been clear to those who study and understand how economic policy works … moving forward … people are ready to chart a way forward…” Indeed, her Marxist roots are shining!

To ensure her “economic policy” prevails, Harris is desperate to align herself with middle-class America, repeatedly insisting she was “raised in a middle-class family” and that she “had a summer job at McDonald’s⁴²,” even though nobody has been able to verify her “McGig” claim.

Of her ticket with Walz, Harris claims, “Only in America is it possible that the two of us would be running together all the way to the White House.” Except that both Bill Clinton⁴³ and Barack Obama²³ were also abandoned by their fathers, the products of disastrously broken homes, who, unlike Harris, actually experienced poverty. The resulting unresolved pathology is a primary factor in why Harris, like Clinton and Obama before her, is predisposed to see the state as the protector she never had in a father.

But to the point of Harris’s “middle class” claim, in a background story on Harris 20 years ago, the Los Angeles Times referred to her more accurately⁴⁴, as “a privileged child of foreign graduate students whose academic pursuits led them to U.C. Berkeley.”

National Review’s Jim Geraghty notes, in a well-researched review of Harris’s political relationships⁴⁵, “This was back when it was okay to refer to Harris’s upbringing as ‘privileged,’ before ‘I grew up in a middle-class family’ became the reflexive start to every Harris statement⁴⁶.”

Oh, and while Harris was out pitching her bull puckey to “black churches⁴⁷,” it is notable that at a rally, when two attendees yelled “Jesus is Lord” and “Christ is King,” she spontaneously responded⁴⁸, “Oh, you guys are at the wrong rally.”

Perhaps those pastors should get a refresher course⁴⁹ on totalitarian tolerance for people of faith.

With her margin of victory tightening, it is no small irony that Harris has taken on a new line of attack: “Trump is a fascist.”

Ironic because that rhetorical BIG Lie⁵⁰ flies in the face of this reality: Democrat Socialists, like National Socialists and Marxist Socialists, are ALL FASCISTS. Ronald Reagan²⁰ declared, “If fascism ever comes to America, it will come in the name of liberalism.” And it is about to bust down the front door.

In a joint stalemate Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell asked Harris to tone down her rhetoric saying she is fanning “the flames beneath a boiling cauldron of political animus” and said her words in recent days “seem to dare it to boil over.” They implored: “She must abandon the base and irresponsible rhetoric that endangers both American lives and institutions. We call on the Vice President to take these threats seriously, stop escalating the threat environment, and help ensure President Trump has the necessary resources to be protected from those threats.”

Bottom line, according to Harris: “We, together, will chart a new way forward.” You can’t say she didn’t issue a warning for the entire nation to see.

Just ahead of the election, she declared, “There is an overwhelming call for a fresh start.” Let’s hope she is right!
