Re: A Tribute to My Dad
“Nate, your heartfelt tribute to your father brought me to tears. He was a truly wonderful man. The older I get, the more I wish I could meet or have known more individuals like your father. People like him and you are what make our nation the best in the world. I will say a prayer for him and your family. God bless you all!” —Texas
“Nate, my sincere condolences to you and yours. But it’s great when you can say that your loss is Heaven’s gain! God bless and comfort the family and friends of Mr. Dwight.” —Louisiana
“Very touching. My father passed away back in April. He served in the USAF, and I was born on base. Not only did he serve his country and so many others, but he also served my sister and me, even in his last years. I cannot be thankful enough.” —Texas
“My condolences, sir, to you and your family. I was 36 when my father passed away at 64 in the 1990s. I still miss him (especially when I discover another piece of music that he would have particularly enjoyed) but look forward to seeing him again in Heaven. The hope of seeing our believing loved ones in Heaven, where they already are and where we will ‘ever be with the Lord’ (1 Thessalonians 4:17), is why ‘we sorrow not as those who have no hope’ (v. 13). When we see our fathers again, both they and we will have been perfected in Christ, and it will be better than it ever was here below.” —Oklahoma
“Dear Nate, thank you for sharing your personal thoughts about your dad. I lost my dad in March 2025. He was a lot like your father — an Army veteran with a pun-oriented sense of humor and a love for language and vocabulary. On road trips, Dad was always trying out new words on us and giving us their definitions. He was a teacher for 38 years — everything from high school to higher education. He too was a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ and was proud to have a son who was a preacher of the Gospel. We lived 950 miles apart, but during the last year of his life, I called him every evening. We talked, laughed, and shared blessings from God for at least an hour every night. He was 95 when he graduated to glory, and every time we talked I still felt like an inexperienced kid gleaning from Dad’s wisdom and life experience. I miss him every day! I like to think Dad was on the welcoming committee in Heaven to greet your father when he arrived. I look forward to the day the four of us can sit down under the tree of life and get acquainted. I give you our prayers.” —Illinois
Re: Is Ms. Rachel Indoctrinating Your Tiny Children?
“Impressing the most impressionable with heresies as some airhead guardian nods.” —Louisiana
“Everyone would be better off if Ms. Rachel would instead defend her future audience from the death merchants who promote legalized abortion. Every day, thousands of children die from slow suffocation and starvation after their mothers take mifepristone, formulated to be a mail-order murder pill, or they are torn to pieces in a ‘reproductive health’ clinic. These are far greater atrocities than anything Israel is alleged to have done, and on a much larger scale, yet the Left celebrates them!” —Minnesota
“This is how they work — identify ‘enemies of allah’ early on, indoctrinate, and then, when they are more than about 30% of the population, begin ‘elimination’ of the disfavored. Today they say, ‘We are all inclusive, forgiving, accepting, tolerant, big-house,’ ad infinitum. But once the flies have been lured into the web, they find out the truth — the web is woven on the roofs of buildings.” —California
Re: America Built a Nuclear Plant — Then Refused to Use It
“Small modular reactors could be the answer for data centers. I hope that’s what the Trump administration is looking to support.” —Louisiana
“This is not the Soviet Union in 1986, even though the Democrats are trying to take us there. Pray for the November election coming up!” —Texas
“Carter shut down nuclear power plant development and also a spent fuel rod reprocessing plant, and nobody says anything about it. Chornobyl was built improperly.” —Minnesota
Re: Suncor Case Uses Climate to Threaten Federalism
“This is a ridiculous lawsuit. Every nut that predicted a climate crisis in the future and put a date that was sure to prove it was wrong by many years. There is no scientific proof that any energy source is causing a climate crisis.” —Kentucky
Re: Justice Finally Comes for Nidal Hasan
“I wonder how long the line of volunteers is for the firing squad? I bet that there are dozens of senior NCOs who were PFCs and SP4s at the time who would love the chance to administer justice. They may have to have a lottery.” —Arizona
“Very good article. I have found, to great sorrow, that most people vote by what they hear in sound bites. They read only media headlines. They vote on emotion or if they like the politician. Few actually read and study the issues and what that politician has said they stand for in the past. Thank you for your stand!” —Montana
Re: The Demos’ Iran Midterm Alliance
“Alexander notes, ‘Meanwhile, the Islamist threat is still a clear and present danger.’ It is exacerbated by the ‘Demos’ Iran Midterm Alliance,’ and it is all coming to fruition in the upcoming critical and pivotal midterm elections. Rarely before in our history have the stakes to save Liberty been higher.” —Florida
“Americans today have had it so good that they don’t understand sacrifice. Neutralizing Iran and the nuclear threat to our nation and the world is worth far more than an extra dollar for gas.” —Tennessee
“I have to say to all my fellow Americans, if this vile anti-American enterprise in all of its Democrat forms rises to power because those who love America don’t turn out and vote, shame on you.” —Connecticut
“If Chuck Schumer, Hakeem Jeffries, Nancy Pelosi, Abdul El-Sayed, and every Democrat rushed to the nearest microphone and started chanting ‘Death to America!’ they’d still pull 50% of the vote.” —Oklahoma
Re: No, Trump Didn’t Call for Destroying American Cities
“I have followed politics my entire life. One thing I noticed early on is that leftists often run away from who they really are and what they actually believe in order to get elected. The governors of Virginia and New Jersey and the senators from Georgia and Arizona are excellent examples.” —Arizona
“Do Democrats think that Iran wouldn’t strike whatever city they could hit? LA is a long way across the Pacific Ocean, but the regime’s favored target is Washington, DC, and that’s even farther. Make no mistake, if the Iranians get a nuke, they’ll use it. Bite the bullet on the price of fuel until they cave. And they will cave, because they have nothing left.” —Ontario, Canada
Re: Is ‘Let’s Go, Brandon’ Profanity? Supreme Court May Decide
“How could it be a bad thing? There are no swear or curse words. Some people look for anything to complain about. If there is nothing to complain about, they make something up.” —New Jersey
“I wonder what the reaction would be if the shirts had been printed with ’86 47?’” —Texas
