Racial Violence Obscures Democrats' Globalist Ambitions
Pete Buttigieg practically promises continued violence if Trump wins.
“The simple reality is that we are seeing more and more chaos and violence under the Trump presidency, and there’s no reason to expect that it would get any different or any better if he were reelected.” —former Democrat presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg
In one sentence, Buttigieg illuminated the utter bankruptcy of his party. In virtually every city in the nation where mob violence has taken place, not only have Democrats been in charge for decades, but they have made it clear that appeasement is the order of the day. Looting, arson, the destruction of historical artifacts and innumerable businesses, violence against police, and even murder have been viewed as “reasonable” tradeoffs — if it leads to defeating President Donald Trump in November.
If it doesn’t? See the above quote.
In other words, vote for Joe Biden and the Democrat Party or they will continue abetting the destruction of the nation. Why not? They have full assurance that an equally corrupt mainstream media — which characterized the rampant lawlessness and murder in Kenosha as a “fiery but mostly peaceful protest” — will have their backs.
Decent Americans should harbor no illusions about what the Democrat Party has become. A posse of angry young Marxists who despise everything this nation stands for have wrested control from the increasingly feeble septuagenarian and octogenarian figureheads who are presented as “moderate” to obscure that reality.
Yet even that facade is crumbling: The same House Speaker Nancy Pelosi who ripped up the State of the Union speech and labeled Trump and his congressional allies “domestic enemies” is now insisting Biden shouldn’t engage in presidential debates. “I wouldn’t legitimize a conversation with him,” she asserted.
Who’s really in need of legitimization? A Democrat Party whose convention featured four straight days of speakers telling Americans what a “systemically” rotten nation they live in — even as they refused to spend even a nanosecond condemning the riots precipitated by the Marxist thugs of BLM and antifa.
Thugs who are the de facto paramilitary arm of their party.
Such inconvenient reality alarms the party’s media lapdogs. But just like the Democrat Party itself, its cheerleaders aren’t concerned with the people whose businesses have been destroyed but with the “optics” of the anarchy. “The rioting has to stop,” CNN’s Don Lemon lamented, because “it’s showing up in the polling.”
Gee, who could have imagined that police being attacked, or rioters attempting to burn down a precinct building with them trapped inside; thugs kicking one man unconsciousness and breaking the jaw of another defending his business; nearly three straight months of violence in a single city; the blatant harassment of diners who wouldn’t raise their fists in solidarity with BLM demonstrators; BLM activists marching through residential neighborhoods demanding “white people” surrender their homes; or threatening the lives of a sitting U.S. senator and his wife as they were leaving the Republican convention might have a negative impact on a Democrat Party that countenances every iota of it — when its members aren’t actively taking part in the mayhem themselves.
What about the black Americans who spoke in support of our nation at the GOP convention? “People of color are suffering from an economic collapse that disproportionately affects our communities, a pandemic that disproportionately afflicts our communities, and a criminal justice system that disproportionately murders people in our communities,” Nation columnist Elie Mystal asserts. “And all the Republican Party has to offer in response is a few performative pardons and some Magic Negroes who are willing to help white people feel cool with bigotry.”
In other words, just as Joe Biden himself, Mystal maintains the racist notion that black “authenticity” requires Democrat Party allegiance.
That many of the same “bigots” and “Magic Negros” elected Barack Obama twice? That BLM was established during the Obama administration based on exactly the same kind of media-generated false narratives surrounding Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown that persist to this day? That the actual history, not the narrative, surrounding the Democrat Party is about support for slavery, the KKK, and Jim Crow?
“No one understands better than the Left that the way to fight perceived racism in America is with even stronger and more brazen racism,” explains columnist H.P. Smith.
A day late and a dollar short, Biden emerged from his basement to condemn the rioting in Kenosha, stating that the “needless violence won’t heal us.”
That’s a rather curious choice of words for the head of a party whose elected officials have supported both BLM and antifa. Perhaps it’s because the many Democrats who have allowed their own cities to burn while ordering cops to stand down and steadfastly refusing offers of federal help perceive at least some of the violence as “needful.”
Why? Because as long as America remains transfixed on race, its far more pressing problem with class remains obscured. “Our great cities and industries were hollowed out,” stated Richard Grenell, the former Acting Director of National Intelligence, at the GOP convention. “Entire communities were devastated, and our manufacturing plants were shipped off to China. That’s what happened when Washington stopped being the capital of the United States, and started being the capital of the world.”
Ever wonder why the same Justice Department that has managed to disrupt Islamic terrorist financing is slow-walking similar investigations of BLM, antifa, and American’s worst political scandal — a.k.a. Crossfire Hurricane? Or why the same NBA that bashes America with impunity remains mute regarding Chinese slave labor? Or why saying the coronavirus originated in China can be career threatening despite the fact it has killed 180,000 Americans and upended our entire way of life? Or why the stock market is near record highs even as millions of Americans remain unemployed and many businesses are shuttered forever?
Who is more invested in controlling the “capital of the world” than a Democrat Party that supports porous borders, amnesty for tens of millions of illegals, and a virtually unlimited number of refugees, even from terrorist nations?
As for their uber-wealthy supporters, is there even a single reporter who would ask the likes of Jeff Bezos, Sundar Pichai, Bill Gates, Tim Cook, or any other “citizen of the world” who has amassed historically unprecedented levels of wealth and power via globalization a simple question: If you had to choose between selling goods and services to China or the United States, which country would you abandon?
The bet here is the initial look on any one of their faces would be far more revealing than any verbal response they might provide.
The simple reality is that an America-loving Donald Trump, warts and all, is the foremost disruptor of a Globalist Establishment that runs the gamut from private enterprise, academia, and Hollywood to the deepest bowels of the deep state. All are desperately seeking a return to the contemptible status quo that preceded him — secure in the knowledge Democrats will be in their corner every step of the way.
BLM and antifa are useful-idiot perpetrators of violence being used to distract Americans from that reality.
And the only* genuine* “systemic” problem afflicting this nation is the avalanche of progressive propaganda, fully embraced by the Democrat Party, that promotes and preserves that distraction. Why? “Marxism can never survive in a country with a strong middle-class,” explains columnist Ray DiLorenzo.
