What do Democrats stand for? In some ways, all you need to do is take a look at the Vasectomy Vans and Abortion Mobiles parked in the streets of Chicago so that Democrat men and women can make their sacrifices to Molech during the national convention.

There were people literally dressed as abortion pills marching down Chicago’s streets, which is just as sick and demented as Pride Month is.

The modern Democrat Party is a sex cult. While a woman gets an abortion pill, a man goes next door and gets a vasectomy, and then both head to the convention center to listen to speeches about how Republicans are going to take away “reproductive rights.” Democrats, by contrast, promise to use the might of the federal government to protect sex without consequences. Who does that benefit? Primarily the man in any casual relationship. He gets what he wants and then dumps the woman, leaving her to grieve (or pretend to celebrate) her choice to terminate the life of her child.

Forget feminism. That still sounds like the platform of the party of slavery.

The Democrats published their 2024 platform just ahead of the convention, where the delegates approved it last night. Hilariously, the platform was written and approved before Joe Biden dropped out of the race and endorsed Kamala Harris, and 19 references to his “second term” have yet to be edited out from its 92 pages. In fact, it says, “President Biden, Vice President Harris, and Democrats are running to finish the job.”

Clearly, someone didn’t finish the job of editing.

Meanwhile, the Harris/Walz campaign website does not yet contain any information about the platform or the candidates’ stance on the issues.

Harris isn’t bound to follow the Democrat platform, of course, and party platforms are often largely abandoned and forgotten. But like Biden, Harris is a follower of her party, not a leader of it. And the Democrat Party has lurched far to the left in recent years.

The Wall Street Journal editorial board summarizes the Democrats’ vision this way: “Its platform offers a vision where the answer is always government.”

The proof is in the pudding. The platform’s preamble mentions numerous issues — job creation, health insurance, student loans, gun safety, violent crime, infrastructure, race and gender, climate change, energy, and so on. The platform’s answer for every single issue is government spending for programs, initiatives, and bureaus — all of which Democrats envision to “protect democracy” from the other half of the country. You see, if voters choose Republicans, democracy may perish from the earth.

The solution, they say, is to empower Democrats in Washington, DC, to “fix” every problem. Because when all you have is a hammer…

Government run by Democrats will “provide” (with your tax dollars) healthcare, universal preschool, child care, family and medical leave, public transportation, and a slew of other income redistribution schemes, as well as hammer businesses with a mandated doubling of the federal minimum wage, higher corporate income taxes, and reduced deductions for expenses. For her part, Harris wants price controls.

“Environmental justice” will also be foisted on us in the name of saving the planet and all the minorities who always seem to be hardest hit by whatever supposed climate problem Democrats and their Leftmedia propagandists choose to highlight today.

Another tidbit from The Daily Wire: “The Democratic Party’s 2024 platform endorses a bill that would create a pathway for illegal immigrants to become ‘lawful prospective immigrants’ who would be issued IDs and Social Security numbers and be able to vote and join the U.S. military.”

Democrats always couch their proposals in the language of caring for the little guy, but the truth is that Big Government virtually never helps the little guy. We’ve already seen what three and a half years of Biden Big Government has done with Sidekick Kamala helping steer the ship. Heck, we’ve seen what weaponized government can do to a big guy like Donald Trump.

“Our nation is at an inflection point,” begins the platform preamble. “What kind of America will we be? A land of more freedom, or less freedom? More rights or fewer? An economy rigged for the rich and powerful, or where everyone has a fair shot at getting ahead? Will we lower the temperature in our politics and come together, or treat each other as enemies instead?”

Have Democrats ever looked in a mirror?

A final humorous note. Before the platform authors even got to the preamble, they began with the Democratic National Convention Land Acknowledgement. “We pay our respects to the millions of Indigenous people,” it says, while self-flagellating over how “traditional homelands” have been taken.

One of my ancestors came across on the Mayflower, so I identify as Indigenous. Personally, I think that if Democrats truly feel this guilty for residing here, the solution is for them to pull up stakes and head for some communist paradise, leaving this land to those of us who still love our country and want to protect Liberty.
