Climate Change Is Hot & Cold
Observes the brilliant Jay Carney.
While blaming harsh winter weather on depressed first quarter GDP, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney made this astute observation: “I would say that the impacts of climate change on weather are severe in both directions.” Carney was attempting to blame last winter’s perpetual deep freeze on the effects of global warming, now referred to by alarmists as climate change, but instead he inadvertently shot himself in the foot. By definition, climate is the average of extremes, both hot and cold.
