A Film Too Far
Left breach ethics with film premier.
The obsessive pursuit of the Koch brothers by the Left seemed to have blinded them to the meaning of words like “rules” and “ethics.” On Tuesday, Liberal filmmaker Robert Greenwald “premiered” his documentary “Koch Brothers Exposed” in the Capitol Visitors Center, according to the Washington Free Beacon. The problem? The Capitol Visitor’s Center has some rules prohibiting the use of the space to promote or premier films. And Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) slunk down to the event to praise Democrat-donor Tom Steyer. The Right accused the group of ethical breaches. Rep. Candice Miller (R-MI) wrote a letter to Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) saying, “There is no question that there are countless venues in the Washington, D.C., area, not funded by the taxpayers, which could accommodate this event and remove any controversy.” We can think of a few: by the dumpsters, or by a sewer discharging into the Potomac.
