The hidden cost of ObamaCare.
We don’t know who should be in greater sticker shock: the Obama administration or us. For us, it’s the huge amount of government waste associated with ObamaCare. For Obama’s cronies, they’re the ones that should lose political clout over this management. CBS News reports, “Seven out of 10 people who bought plans through the federally run marketplaces and who qualified for tax credits are paying less than $100 per month, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said on Wednesday. That study didn’t include data from the 14 states that run their own insurance exchanges. The average monthly premium for Obamacare customers was $82, with the government providing an average credit of $264.” That’s right, the health care plans Obama said would cost as much as cellphone service are actually subsidized an average of 76%. With rising health care costs, the bill will circle back to us through both higher premiums and higher taxes. More…
