Sandra Fluke Provides More Than $100K for Campaign
Remember Sandra Fluke, the feminist and activist who lectured Congress on the reasons taxpayers should foot the bill for supposedly expensive contraceptives, like a month’s supply of over-the-counter birth control pills available for $9? The “poor” law student ostensibly couldn’t scrounge up enough money for contraceptives while attending the prestigious Georgetown University, but providing more than $100,000 to support a personal congressional campaign? Now that’s a different story. The Washington Examiner’s Ashe Schow reports, “Fluke donated $12,000 to her campaign and $4,826.27 in non-monetary contributions.
