Hillary Agrees With Patricia: She Paid Women Too Little
In her Oscar acceptance speech, actress Patricia Arquette complained, “It’s time to have wage equality once and for all.” Hillary Clinton, who can’t wait to become the first woman president, couldn’t agree more. “She’s right. It’s time to have wage equality once and for all,” Clinton said. “In so many ways, our economy still seems to be operating like its 1955.” Or maybe that’s 2005 on her Senate staff – where she paid women 72 cents on the dollar for men. Perhaps Clinton’s opinion is formed by the painful memories of leaving the White House “dead broke.” No woman should have to suffer through that.
