The party is over for America and its best days are gone, probably forever. No matter what is done at top government levels, it is futility, doing the wrong things, at the wrong times, for the wrong reasons. Genesis for ObamaCare has put to waste what should have been the seminal moment embodied in the election of the first Black President of the US, but that is a mirage, as Mr. Obama is not a true Black man if he is Black at all.

ObamaCare is evil by design and execution as its intent from the beginning was to maturate the seeds of discontent sewn by slavery imported with the help of African slave nations themselves. Cheap labor did not come cheap, and might have been prevented by President Abraham Lincoln, who in the interest of maintaining the Union, did so with a shotgun wedding at the cost of some 640,000 fatalities, the bloodiest war in American history, and for this he is idolized?

To place those deaths in perspective, were the Civil War to take place now in the 21st Century, that would equate to over 2 million deaths, and for that America should be proud, Lincoln notwithstanding?

Better that secession would have prevailed as each of the geographic sections of the US had conflicting economies and goals, and judging by the matured United States, the harvest is late as the fruits wither on the vine or rot on the ground.

There was once the so-called Greatest Generation that in four years put down the evil Axis headed by the Hitler, Mussolini, and Emperor Hirohito, who led Germany, Italy, and Japan down the primrose path to their own destruction.

That triumvirate is matched by so-called Americans; President Barack Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi who engineered the greatest legal atrocity on the American people since Slavery and Dred Scott, a slave in Missouri who from 1833 to 1843 resided in the free State of Illinois in an area of the Louisiana Territory, where slavery was forbidden.

Dred Scott was taken by his owner, an officer in the US Army from the slave State of Missouri to the free state of Illinois and then to the free territory of Wisconsin, and when the Army ordered the officer back to Missouri, he took Scott with him, where the officer died. Scott sued for his freedom claiming he should be free since he had lived on free soil for a long time.

The case went to the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) where in March 1857, Scott lost the decision as seven of nine Justices declared no slave or descendant of a slave could be a US citizen or ever had been a US citizen. As a non-citizen, SCOTUS ruled Scott had no rights and could not sue in a Federal Court and must remain a slave.

At that time, there were nearly 4 million slaves in America. The court’s ruling affected the status of every enslaved and free African-American in the US. The ruling turned back the clock concerning the rights of African-Americans, ignoring the fact that black men in five of the original States had been full voting citizens dating back to the Declaration of Independence in 1776. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Roger B. Taney, was a former slave owner from Maryland.

The Dred Scott case represents perhaps the most ‘DREDful’ decision of SCOTUS that in the current age, had its own dreadful decision that held ObamaCare to be legal when Chief Justice John Roberts REDEFINED penalties for non-compliance as ‘TAXES,’ not specified as such in the law, and typifies the flagrant abuse of separation of powers as defined in the Constitution.

Not content with one error, Roberts doubled down by overlooking the duty of the House of Representatives to initiate taxes and spending with its intrinsic Constitutional “Power of the Purse,” intentionally ignored the fact that if he were correct in defining ObamaCare fines as taxes, ObamaCare would thus be unconstitutional in that the Bill originated in the Senate. SCOTUS illegally legislated from the bench, redefining laws instead of determining constitutionality or not. Judges have usurped legislative powers and their rulings are based on what they think should be rather than what is.

The WW II axis of evil is alive and well in the US as emulated by ObamaCare that was underpinned by the Democrat trio of President Barack Obama, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

This axis of evil was ignominiously supported by minor walk-on players who had major impact, primarily Catholic Hospital Association President Sister Carol Keehan who falsely testified to Congressional Catholics and Congressman Bart Stupak, leader of Democrat Blue Dog pro-life members, that there was no abortion in ObamaCare.

Upon successful passage of ObamaCare, VP Joe Biden dropped an F-bomb on live TV when he turned to the beaming Obama and said, “This is a big F—ing deal.” Upon passage of ObamaCare, aka “Affordable Care Act,” Obama turned to another catholic, Kathleen Sebelius, to do the formal execution of not only abortion on demand, bur mandated not really “free” contraceptives and abortifacients. Sebelius is just another one of many catholics willingly taking on the task of being anti-catholic, anti-life.

Catholic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi went so far as to deny the longstanding church prohibition against abortion, going so far as to say, “Abortion as a ‘holy sacrament’ in the ‘feminist church.’” How much and for how long has Pelosi been drinking the Kool-Aid?

An old but forgotten tradition is that, “A good catholic is a good citizen,” in that the requirement is for catholics to faithfully observe all valid law of the land, mass murder of 55 Million babies killed in the womb since Roe v. Wade became an unlawful invalid law of the land in 1973. With that many abortions, should that not be a signal for politicians and courts to investigate the veracity of life in the womb?

It is incumbent upon catholics and other Christian denominations, as well as all Americans to reject this invalid law that legalizes the killing of unborn babies. Catholics are de facto obligated to honor the valid US Constitution and embodiment in the Declaration of Independence that, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

“Life” is the quintessential word of the “self-evident” truths so how can that not be a consideration for SCOTUS and the entire population that has life that has not been prematurely snuffed out in the womb that in this modern day is considered to be the most dangerous place for a conceived child?

But now the conundrum as to this modern high-tech cell phone driven society to know it all, have APPS for it all, but on the most important point of life, know nothing, nor want to know? About half of women want abortion to be legal, and coincidentally, half of women, including catholics and other Christians, favor homosexual (“Homo,” Greek word for “Same”) marriage, but “Homo” must be sanitized and renamed “GAY.” If homosexual marriage is that desirable, why rename it, or is it akin to “Global Warming” being changed to “Climate Change?”

What omen might words mean for the US whose President Obama delegitimizes GOD and Christianity but homosexuality and atheism are raised to prestigious heights? Amoral unprincipled attitudes permeate the culture as exemplified by the potty-mouthed language of young and old, male and female. Shame no longer is an attribute of civility. Immoral follows amoral as the night follows day, and religion is considered to be of no value for an peoples enlightened by the Great Deceiver, not by the Great Creator who is held in disdain.

Should it be any shock that ObamaCare is a bomb bent on destroying the US economy?
