Lawyers make federal laws complicated to facilitate inadvertent non-compliance, thus enabling prosecutions as AG Eric Holder, with help from the ACLU and agenda-driven activists, instigates more expensive lawsuits against faith based individuals and organizations.



Case in point is the homosexual couple that was denied a wedding cake from a small privately owned bakery, and out of hate, instituted a massive lawsuit designed to put the bakery out of business.



This bakery case is typical the 2014 modus operandi for the homosexual community seeking out and attacking faith abiding small businesses with the hateful intent of putting them out of business. An estimated 40,00 laws, rules, and regulations are effective Jan. 1, 2014, and there are hardly any individuals or organizations that can escape the wrath of Obama, AG Eric Holder, and his minions, who are bent on a liberal agenda to bring down the US. Non-compliance, intentional or inadvertent, will be targeted as punishment for opposing Obama.



What is the driving force in the homosexual community that demands absolute acceptance and honor for their LGBT lifestyle, while they offer no quid pro quo for the traditional straight community. Gay lifestyle must be loved and tolerated while gays as a group do not tolerate traditional heterosexual family lifestyle. Incomprehensible is the thinking of Barack and Michelle, parents of two maturing daughters, who are front and center promoting homosexuality and abortion.



The Presidential Medal of Freedom is presented to individuals who made especially meritorious contributions to the security or national interests of the US, world peace, cultural, or other significant public or private endeavors. Obama must believe dedicating life to promoting abortion qualifies for that honor as he awarded the Medal of Freedom to extreme abortionist Gloria Steinem who is considered to be the mother of modern feminism. Steinem has a history of pushing abortion as the founder of Ms. Magazine, and she has also held fundraisers for Obama’s Presidential campaign.



Other unworthy recipients of the Medal of Freedom include Senator Ted Kennedy who in 2009 was honored despite or because of his decades of support for abortion by repeatedly voting to promote abortion, including his opposition to a ban on partial-birth abortion. Obama also awarded a medal to pro-abortion former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor who likewise repeatedly promoted an unlimited right to abortion throughout pregnancy during her tenure on the Supreme Court, but also authored the decision that overturned state bans on partial-birth abortion.



Reverends Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson are on record saying abortion is not an issue for Black Americans, ignoring the fact that Black babies are aborted at more than three times the proportionate rate for White women. Ignored also is the fact that Margaret Sanger formed Planned Parenthood to eliminste undesirables, code word for Blacks. And Black people do exactly what Sanger not so covertly designed to wipe out the Black race.



Lawyers write laws they will litigate so is it any shock that federal laws are so contradictory. ambiguous, and circular, that the Almighty would not be able to operate within their contrived duplicity designed by lawyers for lawyers. Perhaps there is truth in the line from Shakespeare by Dick the Butcher in Henry VI, “The first thing we do, let’s kill all the lawyers.” Of course, that is extreme and out of context but it gets the point across that many of the problems are caused by lawyers who are only interested in instigating lawsuits, especially class action suits where the big bucks are, precious few of which filter down to the litigants.



Obama in 2014 will take out his ObamaCare frustrations on religious liberty. One significant issue is Obama’s deliberate ignoring of persecution against Christians in the Middle East and African cauldrons of undisguised Christian persecution, killing, beheading, torture, church-burnings, and pillaging.



Obama ignores Black on the White knockout game that is spreading throughout the country, but AG Eric Holder wants to sue one crazy White person perpetrator against a Black person. Only isolated cases of white crime against blacks constitute hate crime.



Who is this man, supposedly the President of the entire US, who uses his position to undermine the Founders’ underpinning Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights; all inconsequential to the Muslim-friendly anointed one.



Upcoming is the issue of expiring unemployment compensation. Contrary to misconceptions at the Congressional and Administrative levels, Unemployment Compensation is not Government Insurance in the true definition of the word. Majority Senate Leader Harry Reid and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi are aghast that the new current budget deal has been reached without extending unemployment ‘insurance’ beyond twenty-six weeks.



A proposed rule change to \the Clean Water Act by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) would expand the number of waterways covered, enabling Eminent Domain, the power to take private property for public use by state, municipality, private person or corporation authorized to exercise functions of public character, following payment of just compensation to the owner of that property. Of course, just compensation is determined by government that virtually has license to steal. Property owners rightly fear this act is a ruse to take over private property at will.



Unrest is sweeping the country, raising the scepter of a Secession movement, which is the very issue that sparked America’s bloodiest war, the Civil War. Maryland and Colorado have secession issues in which certain areas do not feel their interests are represented, and seek to split off from the rest of their States. Citizens of rural Colorado take issue in reaction to gun control.



Obama may be inadvertently contributing to secession or rebellion by washing out upper Military officers who disagree with the administration. Deposed Military constitute a growing but still silent voice that may yet explode by a trivial incident as was the John Brown seizure of a weapons cache at the armory at Harpers Ferry West Virginia that precipitated the Civil War.



Strangely, Obama may have an ally in Pope Francis who also speaks about inequality and the poor, railing against lack of fairness in the American system of capitalism, without offering who or what is as good or better than the US system to help the poor. Pope Francis has recently been selected as TIME Magazine “Man of the Year,” edging out the likes of Miley Cyrus. The problem of inequality is a historical reality in that Jesus said, “The poor you will always have with you, but you will not always have me.”



The early church, thinking the return of Christ was imminent, resorted to pure socialism as its members turned their wealth and assets over to the keepers who would distribute to those in need, but then as now, it does not work. The have-nots need jobs not government charity.



Granted the US is not the epitome of a perfect democracy or republic, but consideration must be given to the fact that Pope Francis is rooted in South America that is not exactly a bastion of love for the US to begin with. Of all the economic systems the world has known, only free markets encouraged through individual liberty, helped create greater justice and inclusiveness in the world. Obama likewise believes government is the answer, but a famous line of President Ronald Reagan, “The most terrifying words in the English language are: ‘I’m from the government and I’m here to help.’”



Government allocated funding for charity wastes the bulk on administration, waste, fraud, and duplication, helping mostly bureaucracies that administer charity for their own benefit. Higher taxes do not filter down to benefit the folks, and the private domain is just as dependent upon the widow and her last two coins as upon the rich who give out of their excess.



Those wielding political power and economic power are not historically known for using their power and economy for the greater good of the populace, or the folks in the parlance of President Obama and talking heads like Bill O'Reilly. Wealth of the über rich is too often wasted on the population control agenda by the likes of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the largest private foundation in the world, with major funding from Warren Buffett. And for that they get tax deductions??? They represent the worst of the worst and for that are held in high esteem. For these misguided super-wealthy, a play on a sport saying, “Money isn’t everything; it’s the only thing.”



Charity for the poor begins and ends with ordinary people, not those who accumulate wealth to epitomize the billionaire Malcolm Forbes quote, “He who dies with the most toys wins;” but the final question is, “Win what?”



Other 2014 issues include the uncertainty of the November mid-term elections, expansion of the National Debt Limit, certainly failure of ObamaCare after the sort of fixing HealthCare.gov, immigration amnesty for illegal aliens, resurrection of the ubiquitous “Global Warming-Climate Change,” a New World Order tax grab via the once dead carbon tax.



If nothing else, 2014 will not be boring but expect a rash of Executive Orders, EPA rules and regulations, Department of Education debauchery of education in favor of the LGBT homosexual community to dictate, literally, to accomplish agendas, bypassing an uncooperative House of Representatives. Take that Speaker John Boehner who had his chance to stop the madness, but turned and gobbled up his own instead.
