America is no longer a Constitutional Republic as instituted by the Founders who fled Europe and its restrictions on religion and human rights. Eventually the “Several States” created the Federal Government, while keeping all rights with the States that were not specifically assigned to the Union.

Founders recognized that a pure democracy, winner-take-all, would eventually collapse of its own weight in that the masses, bit by bit, could implement laws in their favor, legislating benefits for themselves, forcing tax increases and inequities that would bring the new Union down.

Whereas the House of Representatives was instituted as a democracy with majority control, the Senate was instituted as an offset to controlling majority interests, requiring a 60% majority, insuring there would be a restriction to pure mob rule. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is using the so-called “Nuclear Option” requiring only a simple majority to pass Obama legislation, nullifying historic filibuster rules in the process.

President Barack Obama typifies the liberalism begun in earnest in the late 1800s into the early 1900s when President Woodrow Wilson who is considered to be the father of the Progressive Liberal movement pressed his progressive movement. Obama achieved an ultimate milestone by finally achieving control of the people via mandatory health insurance under penalty of fines, which SCOTUS Chief Justice John Roberts wrongly DEEMED to be taxes. Early in his first term, President Obama ended a debate over tax policy with the declaration that his opinion prevailed “Because I won.”

Who in Congress, administration, or Supreme Court, represents the people, but no one? The will of the people is not represented, but only the divergent agenda-driven groups are represented. Ignored by design is the fact that the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights, have their basis in God. The Abraham Lincoln Gettysburg Address declared that it is “Government of the people, by the people, for the people,” but has been countermanded in the 21st Century by Government professional incumbent politicians into “OF, BY and FOR Politicians.”

United States of America has morphed into Divided States of America whose logic seems to be for protection of the guilty, illegal, ungodly, and perverted, at the expense of the innocent believers in the Creator, who will be punished in this lifetime for that belief.

God-fearing people have no recourse or protection from a government focused on destroying America as founded. Disorder is the order of the day. Congress is gridlocked on true American interests but united in excessive debt, spending, undeclared wars, and QE printing of welfare money for the Über Rich, Wall Street, and too big to fail banks. High on the list of acceptable agenda are abortion on demand, homosexual marriage rights, illegal immigration, and income inequality.

The morass spreads outwardly to business and other organizations mired in the struggle to balance the quest of the unemployed due to excessive business, and government rules and regulations. This never-ending scuffle is typified by the NFL and its own three segments; the NFL itself, Owners, TV, and the Players Union that negotiates between the owners and players, but the big winner is the NFL itself that owns the rights and revenues generated by the game. NFL sets prices, terms, and conditions, but pays no income taxes on its vast income.

As does Government, the NFL pays little heed to enthusiasts, charging whatever the traffic will bear and then some, for tickets, memorabilia, paraphernalia, and related worthless junk, a market that is awash with counterfeit merchandise. Ticket prices for the 2013 NFL season average above $200, with New York Giants tickets near $300. One would think that ticket buyers would have some say in negotiations between the Players’ Union and Owners, but like the government attitude, the payers owe it to the takers.

The paying public, be it for government, business, or entertainment, is always the defendant, while Obama government in particular has turned itself into a perpetual plaintiff while maintaining its position as judge, jury, and executioner with its pronouncements of Guilty until proven innocent.

The innocent paying public must forever clench its teeth and bite its lips, and accept inevitable government, physical, and mind control, and that reacting vociferously though not illegal, is politically incorrect and just as damaging as being illegal, and the NSA will find and prosecute dissenters for even thinking it.
