Former President Donald Trump issued a statement yesterday on his Truth Social platform outlining his position on abortion.

The statement was necessary because the Biden campaign believes they can defeat Trump, take back the House and hold the Senate if they can convince the public that Trump would outlaw all abortions. No matter what he said, it was guaranteed that someone would be disappointed.
 
Trump made it clear that he is pro-life, with exceptions for rape, incest, and to save the life of the mother. That is the same position Ronald Reagan held.
 
Trump said he is proud that Roe v. Wade was overturned, and he thanked the justices by name, three of whom he appointed, who made the historic Dobbs decision possible. That decision ended the lie that the “right to abortion” was in the Constitution.
 
Now that the pro-life movement has finally achieved that tremendous victory, Donald Trump said the issue belongs to the voters in their respective states. He said different states will do different things, but, ultimately, “This is all about the will of the people.”
 
Trump also attacked Biden and the Democrats for their extreme pro-abortion position, which is abortion up to the moment of birth with no limits whatsoever.
 
Biden and his party are pushing radical legislation that would repeal every pro-life state law and make abortion-on-demand the law of the land in every state. That is not the position of the American people. Two-thirds of Americans support limits on abortion.
 
 
 
Our Position
 
Campaign for Working Families would have preferred that former President Trump had endorsed a ban at the federal level. Such a federal law would restrict abortions at the earliest point in the pregnancy that we could get majority support for. Even better would be a future Supreme Court decision that found a right to life in our Constitution.
 
Unfortunately, the reality we are facing is that Joe Biden and the pro-abortion movement are using their massive war chests to convince the American people that we don’t want to allow any abortions for any reason at any point in pregnancy. 
 
Trump understands we have to show that they, not us, are the extremists who won’t stop any abortion for any reason in any month of pregnancy.
 
Plus, none of us should forget that without Donald Trump’s three outstanding Supreme Court appointments, Roe v. Wade would still be the law of the land, and another generation of Americans would be taught that destroying your unborn child is a constitutional right, like the freedom of religion and the freedom of speech.
 
We owe President Trump a lot.

“Death To America”
 
There just was another shocking display of anti-Semitic hatred in America. Radical Islamic supremacists held a protest in Dearborn, Michigan, where shouts of “Death to America! Death to Israel!” were heard.
 
One speaker at the protest quoted Malcom X to condemn America as “one of the rottenest countries that has ever existed on this Earth.”
 
Another speaker quoted Ayatollah Khomeini to denounce Israel as an “evil settler colonialist project” and a “cancer,” adding that “Israel is ISIS, they are Nazis, they are fascists, they are racists.”
 
Any community with a large percentage of Muslims will always have some who are willing to use this hateful rhetoric publicly. I also worry about those who stay silent yet believe the same lies.
 
A recent Pew Research Center survey found that 49% of Muslims in America believe that Hamas has valid reasons for attacking Israel, and 21% said they actually supported the October 7th massacre.
 
This is the kind of hatred we import when a president like Joe Biden has open borders. And while Biden’s FBI is infiltrating conservative churches, it is turning a blind eye to the hatred that is being preached by radical imams in mosques throughout America.
 
Some of the Israeli hostages who have been released are telling the media that Hamas turned them over to Palestinian families, who continued to hold them hostage. None of those families ever said, “We want our own state next to Israel.” All they talked about was that there would be one state — an Islamic state — that controlled not only Israel, but the whole world.
 
 
 
Trump’s Huge Haul
 
While Joe Biden is struggling in the polls, he has been leading in one very important area — fundraising.
 
In fact, President Biden recently got a big boost from a major event in New York City that featured former Presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, as well as a number of well-known celebrities.
 
That event, with three presidents and major Hollywood star power, reportedly raised $25 million for the Biden/Harris campaign, a record-breaking amount for a single event.
 
Until this weekend.
 
The Trump campaign raised more than $50 million Saturday night at Mar-a-Lago, totally eclipsing Biden’s New York bash!
 
 
 
Speaking Of Obama…
 
Speculation continues to swirl about whether Joe Biden will be on the Democrat ticket this November. If Biden were to step aside, polling shows that Michelle Obama is the top choice of many progressives to replace him as the Democrat nominee.
 
What would a Trump/Michelle Obama race look like? One recent poll tested that match-up and found that Donald Trump would win 47% to 44%.

It is simply unfair to force female athletes to compete against men. Anyone who doesn’t believe that biology matters should remember what happened in 2017. The U.S. women’s national soccer team was defeated by a boys under-15 high school team.
 
This is not a hypothetical or made-up issue. The progressive left is forcing transgenderism everywhere it can — in our schools, offices, drinks, prisons, and even in our own homes.
 
The American people believe in genuine tolerance. But no one should tolerate being forced to lie. No one should tolerate being forced to deny reality.
 
Meanwhile, the National Organization for Women has had its own Bud Light moment. After a tremendous backlash, the organization deleted an absurd social media post that condemned opposition to men in women’s sports as “white supremacist patriarchy.”
