Keep America on the Right Track: The Conservative Mandate

We, the people of these United States, rightfully petition our national leaders in affirmation of the conservative agenda supported by the majority of Americans. President George W. Bush has launched his second term with plans to reform entitlement programs and limit the growth of government spending. We affirm his agenda and call upon the President and congressional conservatives to revisit the principles upon which they were elected: Constitutionally limited government, a strong national defense, the prospect of restoring fiscal discipline to government, and an unwavering commitment to the traditional moral bedrock of our Republic. We affirm the President's agenda for a strong national defense and vigilant homeland security; tax reform, entitlement reform, bureaucratic reform and tort reform; a commitment to filling the federal courts with constitutional constructionist judges; and, most fundamentally, the defense and active promotion of the core values of our Republic in marriage, life and family.
