Terminate U.S. Membership in the UN

We, the people of these United States, rightfully petition our President, House of Representatives and Senate on behalf of our Constitutional sovereignty, to terminate all participation by the United States in the United Nations, terminate any and all U.S. taxpayer funded support for the UN, and prohibit American Armed Forces from serving under the command of the United Nations anywhere in the world.

In accordance with our Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution, which call for government by "the consent of the governed" and "All legislative Powers ... vested in a Congress ... chosen ... by the People....," respectively, I support the full and immediate withdrawal of the United States from the United Nations. I likewise call for the withdrawal of the United Nations from U.S. soil.

I support H.R. 1146, the American Sovereignty Restoration Act, and similar legislation to remove parliamentary authority from the United Nations, and return that authority to the U.S. Congress, to whom it is vested by the people of the United States.
